Nice two-bedroom apt overlooking an historic square. It had a nice eating and sitting area. It was ideal for our family. Our host was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist einfach super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und großzügig ausgestattet.Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage, ob Schiff, Seilbahn oder Restaurant....alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Vermieter supernett und sehr hilfsbereit, Wohnung sehr sauber und weitläufig, alles vorhanden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 3 Tage waren zu schnell vorbei. :( Nur die ca.65 Stufen bis 3. OG waren eine Herausforderung, aber bei einem Denkmalgeschützen Haus ist kein Fahrstuhl erlaubt. Hält eben fit :)

Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist sensationell. Die Ausstattung für 2 Tage war in Ordnung, alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unproblematisch. Wir konnten das Gepäck noch länger unterstellen, am Abreisetag eine Erleichterung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.Dafür sagen wir nochmals Dankeschön.Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuss sein, da die Wohnung im 3. OG ohne Aufzug ist und manmuss den Trubel in Altstadtnähe mögen.

Perfect location

Lovely spacious apartment that provided everything a traveller needs in the heart of the old town. Host assisted us with parking close to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. On the plus side this apartment gives lovely views over Jesuitenplatz.

Verblijf bevindt zich midden in de Altstadt van Koblenz in een mooie klassieke omgeving. Het appartement zelf is groot, ruim, modern ingericht en comfortabel. Het bevindt zich op de derde verdieping van een oud pand en er is geen lift. Er is contact geweest met de eigenaar over de parkeerplaats, maar dit was even zoeken. Uiteindelijk gevonden en de auto stond er veilig achter slot en grendel.

Gem in Koblenz

Location was perfection, overlooking the charming town square. Spacious, clean, and with modern conveniences. Not only was this home perfect for our time in Koblenz, but I would stay there again next time I visit this charming area. The owner was gracious, kind, and very available. Situated above an ice cream shop owned by the apartment owner, it made getting in touch with him easy and convenient. Fond memories that made our stay in Koblenz even more special.
