Nice two-bedroom apt overlooking an historic square. It had a nice eating and sitting area. It was ideal for our family. Our host was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in city

Fabulous location. Comfortable apartment, warm and cosy with Christmas markets close by. All we needed for nice holiday accommodation.

Perfect location

Lovely spacious apartment that provided everything a traveller needs in the heart of the old town. Host assisted us with parking close to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again but prospective tenants should be aware that access to the apartment requires climbing 69 steps from ground level to front door. On the plus side this apartment gives lovely views over Jesuitenplatz.

Gem in Koblenz

Location was perfection, overlooking the charming town square. Spacious, clean, and with modern conveniences. Not only was this home perfect for our time in Koblenz, but I would stay there again next time I visit this charming area. The owner was gracious, kind, and very available. Situated above an ice cream shop owned by the apartment owner, it made getting in touch with him easy and convenient. Fond memories that made our stay in Koblenz even more special.

Roomy flat with all the mod cons. It was warm and comfortable over the four nights we had it in November. The flat is right in the middle of the old town, an easy 20 min walk from the main train station. Everything is walkable and has a really good vibe. Would definitely return to Koblenz again and would happily book the flat again.

Excellent location

Lovely apartment in superb location in centre of town. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to train station. Apartment is up a few flights of stairs but host’s kind brother helped carry our bags. The only negative point we had was we were unable to use the washing machine as it was not in our apartment.

Fun in Koblenz

Nice apartment overlooking market place. It’s on the fourth floor so got some exercise carrying luggage up. Worth it for the view of market activities. Host was amazing!!!! Even drove with us to provide us a parking spot. Yummy ice cream parlor on ground floor. Nice restaurants on street. Fully recommend. Loved our stay

Nice clean appartment in city center

We had a very nice stay for a long weekend in the appartment. It was clean and the beds are good. It's situated in the middle of the city. You can do everything on foot.The parking garage in which the owners can reservate a place for you is quite near. The owners are very helpfull. Next time we would come back.

Property is clean, complete and well located. The old town is the place to be, with all you need in walking distance, including the street mucisians. In front of the house they played classical ‘ the four seasons ‘ of Vivaldi. Very good. There’s no parking space, you need to park in the Parkhaus nearby, they charge you 24 hrs € 24,- . Be awere, there is no elevator, just stairs and 65 steps.

Sweet spot in Koblenz

Great host and exceptional location. Good size living-dining room. Kitchen is fairly well equipped but disorganized. Could use a better sink and faucet specially because there is no dishwasher. Nor is there a microwave oven. It’s a third floor walk-up. Apartment sleeps no more than 3 persons in comfort in two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels a bit old and tattered. We loved the location and had very good communication with our friendly host. The small things mentioned above could be easily updated.

Great location in the heart of the Alstadt.

This is a great location within meters from many restaurants and cafes. Nice view of the platz below. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. comfortable beds, kitchen, washing machine, tv, coffee maker and nespresso. It took us a few minutes to find the apartment as the entrance isn’t on a street you can drive on and we didn’t communicate with the owner before arriving (our fault). There is a parking spot available but you need to notify owner in advance to check availability. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, just a wide, beautiful old wooden staircase. So if you have heavy luggage it will be a climb. None of this took away from the comfort and convenience of the apartment and location. We would like to stay again one day when we have more time to fully enjoy the apartment and city.

Altstadt Getaway

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for what we needed. There are places to eat everywhere you go and the shopping is endless. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. The apartment itself is very spacious, the bed was comfy and having 2 bathrooms was great. There are a couple of things that would help improve your stay here. Blinds in the living room are a must. The brand new shower needs a track by the entrance to keep the water inside it's area because it runs out into the rest of the bathroom. Last I want to mention that laundromats like we are used to don't exist, so having a washing machine would be a huge benefit here. The nearest laundry facility is a 20 minute walk.
