Spend your days by the water or take a 5-minute stroll to the sugar-white beach. Fantastic dining, entertainment, and attractions are within a mile for an effortless stay.This perfect beach unit is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen complete with cookware + cooking supplies + utensils + Keurig machine + coffee bar. Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed + 55" Roku TV, Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds. Central heating and air conditioning. High Speed WIFI. Two Roku TVs ā€” log in with your own streaming accounts. Complimentary free, on-site laundry facility. Two assigned tandem parking spaces. PET friendly ( under 40 lbs). Keyless check-in. Private Beach + Dock. Short walk to Blue Dolphin Beach Access
Beach cart, cooler, chairs, towels, and more are provided! STARTER KIT-To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit that includes: 1 Paper Towel Roll / 2 Toilet Paper, 1 Dish Sponge / Dish Soap / Hand Soap, 2 Trash Bags / Coffee Pods, Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash, Complete sets of fresh linens, washcloths, hand and bath towels for each guest. Wet slip (no lift or power) available for boats! Flat fee of $100 per reservation. Waived for stays of 7 nights or more. This property has four units that share the private beach, dock, and outdoor seating areas. You will have full access to these shared amenities during your stay. The unit is located on the first floor. No dishwasher in the unit. Please let us know in advance if youā€™ll be towing any trailers Due to the coastal, subtropical environment and waterfront location, insects and wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular professional pest service. By booking, guests acknowledge this, assume the risk, and agree to exercise caution around the property and shoreline. The host is not responsible for injuries, bites, stings, or incidents related to wildlife, insects, or natural environmental conditions. Swimming and water activities are at the guestā€™s own risk. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Empty all food in the fridge.
-Set thermostat to 70 degrees.
-Place all used dishes in sink .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Excessive noise especially during quiet hours will not be tolerated. No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) inside or within 15 feet of building.
A picture PRIOR to arrival is required. Must be leashed, not left unattended for 6 hrs, always kenneled when alone. No pets on furniture or beds.
Guests agree to be responsible for any damages that occur during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning costs required after departure.
