AHORA TOMANDO RESERVAS DE PRIMAVERA / VERANO! CENTRO DE CONVENCIONES DE 1 1/2 MILLAS A LA COSTA ESMERALDA Amplio condominio de 1 dormitorio totalmente amueblado ubicado en cabañas al atardecer en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa. A solo 100 yardas del Golfo de México. La piscina está ubicada directamente por la puerta trasera. Este acogedor condominio está decorado con decoración tropical. Este condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente, tiene un amplio dormitorio principal, dos literas y un sofá cama grande. Realmente disfrutará cada minuto de su estadía en nuestro condominio. ¡Así que quítate los zapatos y disfruta! Si viaja con familiares o amigos, tenemos tres unidades de condominio disponibles, las tres son unidades de 1 dormitorio, 2 en la planta baja y una en el segundo piso.

One of the most well equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Excellent communication with the host. Some neighbors were owners and you almost felt like you were in a community. We travel with two teacup yorkies and being on the ground floor was super. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second time staying here. I love the simplicity of the cottages and of course the first floor unit is most convenient. The pool is right out of the back door and the path to the beach is right out of the front door down the pier. The room has everything we need.

The unit was perfect, pool is right out of the back door , as stated, which is very convenient with kids. Even with the pool close it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy to access as well. We didn't even have to go far for restaurants and they had a cute little ice cream shop with put put golf right down the road. Perfect condo and area!

Quick Birthday Trip for my son

Perfect location. We ALWAYS stay on the island! We loved the ground floor. Litterally about 15 feet to carry luggage straight in without hassle of luggage carts, elevators or stairs. Literally just steps to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was great. I love the fact it has washer & dryer. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We ate out since it was just the two of us. It was decorated so cute. The bedding was perfect. We slept well. Loved just walking out the back door to the pool. It was quiet and was never bothered by other guests. I look forward to making this my perfect getaway location if available at the time of my travels. The owners were so easy to work with. Do Not Hesitate About Choosing This Place. IT IS PERFECT!

Clean, close to beach, relaxing condo!

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 10 plus our dog. We've been to this area many times and tried new places each time but nothing quite stuck. Ron and Michelle's condo was by far our favorite. We loved the "borrow bins" and didnt have to worry about bringing chairs or beach toys. The beach access is about a minute walk. Everyone at the condo is very friendly. The pool is right outside the door but it's not noisy whatsoever. I enjoyed sitting in the chair hearing the birds chirping! Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We will be back!

Lovely Stay!!

Our stay was amazing! We had such a great time! Ron & Michelle are very caring & responsive. They want you to enjoy your stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, with nice decor. Beach access is so close! Just a few steps away! Great location, not loud and busy. Our stay was quiet. We had people staying above us but never knew it until we talked with them from their balcony. Everyone was very nice. The heated pool was a big plus as the weather was a bit chillier for the first couple days of our stay. It's very close to the Gulfarium and several choices for dining. It was myself, husband & 4 children. Everyone slept comfortably in the bed room, bunk beds and pull out sofa. The washer & dryer is a bonus to keep up with laundry. We definitely recommend & hopefully someday will visit again! Thank you Ron & Michelle!

Beautiful condo in paradise!

The condo was decorated beautifully in true beach fashion, with everything we needed and the comforts of home. And, it was super close to the beach. Unfortunately, no beach view from the condo, but it was literally only a couple minutes walk from the front door to feet in the sand and the glorious view of the emerald green waters. The free chair and umbrella service was a nice bonus. Michelle and Ron were absolutely fantastic hosts. They were extremely responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives were that the pool was not heated and was very cold, so we didn't get to swim. And, we had a family with 3 small children above us, and the condos are wood construct so we could hear every loud voice, every time their water was in use and every foot step. It sounded like the kids were coming through the ceiling. Overall though, we had a fantastic time on our trip and truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Vacation at Fort Walton Beach

Really comfy, at-home stay.

We were really pleased with the condo, it was a good size for a family of 4 with small children. The decorations were really great and gave it a "beachy" feel. I was incredibly impressed with how well stocked everything was, the condo had everything we needed. Dishes, pots, pans, lots of counter space, grills out back, patio furniture, washrags/towels, full-size fridge, etc. It was great to be able to run to the grocery store and have everything we needed to fix meals in the condo without spending a ton on restaurants during our week. My kids enjoyed the pool out back throughout the trip. It's not terribly big but they didn't mind one bit. It's 3.5' deep on one end and 5.5' on the other. Even though this condo is on the first floor, we never heard any noise from the pool area from the bedroom, which has a door that opens into the courtyard in the middle. The beach is about a 45-second walk from the condo, super close. We really enjoyed the provide chairs and umbrella and took advantage of that. Do note that you'll have to get out there early to get setup in the front row, otherwise you'll be sitting behind everyone else. I got out there at 7:30am each morning and laid claim to have a seat next to the water to better keep an eye on the kids. Do note that there's a sand wash-off station in the condo courtyard next to the pool, there didn't seem to be any indication it was back there until we just happened to see it (luckily on the first day).

Great Property

This condo was so cute and was in a great spot. Although you can see the beach it is only a few steps to be right on the beach. We enjoyed it so much.

Could not be happier

If there is a nicer condo, of similar size and price anywhere from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, I’d have to see it to believe it. We are talking about booking next year already. The hosts were readily available and accommodating.

Exceeded expectations

Cleanest property I've stayed at thus far. I am very detail oriented & I was blown away by your property! Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I could smell the laundry detergent on the sheets! I've never felt more at home. You delivered everything that you said the property was. When I arrived, I had issues finding out how to get into our condo, but my call was answered immediately. Very happy with our stay!

Very close to beach and very clean!

Loved our stay. Nice and clean, comfy condo very close to the beach. It had all the dishes we needed to cook. It had a nice pool which was near the shower to rinse off sand from the beach. The large storage box outside the condo had beach toys to share and boogie boards which we found toward the end of our stay. Michelle answered promptly when we had a question and very friendly. Enjoyed the beach! Hope to come back one day!

Beach Condo

What a great spot! The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so close to the beach. You walk outside and the beach access is literally steps away from the door. We didn’t use the pool because we were at the beach the whole time. The umbrella and lounge chair service at the beach was an added bonus. Less stuff to carry.

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing property

Best Vacay

The hosts were awesome and the property was absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted/or needed was there! Having two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us at the beach was an added bonus!!

Beautifully located on quiet OKALOOSA Island. The complex was built in 2000 with only 19 units which makes it not a busy complex with ease to enjoy vacation and make many cherished family memories. We are family owned and operated since 2004. Our goal is to allow for an amazing vacation get-away, without any worries or hassles.
