The Space:
The Outside is not overlooked and has sun loungers, a pool deck and spa. The large, covered lanai with ceiling fans and dining area is perfect for shaded retreats during sunny afternoons or even a cool drink at the end of a busy day.
The Bedrooms maintain the stylish ambiance of this beautiful home. Each room, without exception, provides comfort and serves as a cozy sanctuary where you can unwind after a bustling day.
Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) King Suite with ceiling fan and flat screen television that is beautifully decorated in a neutral colour scheme. There are ensuite facilities with pool access that consist of a bath, separate shower and vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) King Suite continues the neutral colour scheme with a ceiling fan, flat screen television and ensuite facilities of a shower and vanity unit
Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) Queen Suite in a calming cream décor with a ceiling fan and flat screen television. There are ensuite facilities of a shower and vanity unit
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Frozen themed twin bedroom with a ceiling fan and flat screen television. The perfect room for the Frozen fans amongst your party.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Unique Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom with flat screen television and novelty décor.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.
No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited

POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT
* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-
*Needs3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.
*Pool heater must be on for the duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.
*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. If air temperature less then 35 degrees Fahrenheit during a day, pool heat will be unavailable those days.
