So pleased we chose Petr & Veras Villa to stay in for our holiday. From our first enquiry, subsequent booking and the whole of our stay communication with Vera was great. As we arrived we got to meet Xandra from the Management Co and communication with her was also great. There was an issue with the hot tub during our stay and after messaging her it was rectified the next day.The villa is really homely, it is a home from home, lovely to get back to after busy days out.The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of dining areas to choose from. We always ate outside by the pool, which is also a great area and very spacious. All 4 bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space, we only used two of them though. We also made a lot of use of the Games Room, with the pool table, table tennis and bar football. It is situated on a lovely quiet estate with the bonus of being straight out on to US27, but you cannot hear any traffic noise. We would highly recommend this Villa for a family holiday and will certainly look at booking again when we next visit Florida.

My family and I had a great stay. I really loved the pool and spa. I did get reported to the property managers during on the 2nd day because they said our music was too loud. After that we didn’t have any issues.

The only thing I suggest to anyone renting is to be sure to get the heat turned on for the hot tub. I forgot to request this. Otherwise, we completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Vera and Petr!

Property was just what we wanted for our family vacation. We loved the extra amount of seating outside so we could have some in the shade and many in the sun. The privacy of the pool was also a bonus. The game room, kitchen, bedding were all just what we needed. The pillows were better than at other houses we have stayed in. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

This property was a great value for the money. Well maintained property. Very clean with nice presentation. Layout of house perfect for two families. We absolutely loved the safety fence around the pool and extra locks on sliding doors so small children cannot reach them. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to everything but not too busy area! Vera was an great host with excellent communication. We would definitely stay again!
