Vacation Home “Son Vivot” with Pool, Garden & Wi-Fi

The holiday home “Son Vivot” is located in Inca, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming outdoor area as well as with its beautifully-decorated interiors. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. There is a pellet stove fireplace that heats the property.



Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an extra fee.



One of the main attractions of the house is its beautiful outdoor area where you will find a generous pool, sun loungers, and a dining table ideal to start the day with a wholesome breakfast. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Búger, 10 minutes driving from the property (5.1km) while the closest beach, Platja de Santa Margalida, is just 20 minutes away by car (19.2km). If you want to do something different on a warm summer day you can visit the water park Hidropark Alcúdia, which is just 23 minutes away by car (20 km). The airport of the island can be reached after 34 minutes driving (44.9km).



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets allowed upon request. Homeowner prefers that guests do not bring large pets.

Parties in the house are strictly forbidden.
