Outside, you can choose between several outdoor areas, some of which are communal, with garden furniture and sit down with a cup of coffee or a good book. Or gather the family for a barbecue. In the jacuzzi you can relax and get a massage after an active day of vacation.



The surrounding area invites you to go fishing, swimming or hiking. In Opatija you can visit the Croatian Museum of Tourism or take a selfie with the sculpture Girl with a Seagull' right on the waterfront.



Note: There are steep stairs leading to the apartment and the landlord also lives on the property.
