The luxury villa "Herzmuschel" awaits our guests not far from the small sandy beach of the bathing cove in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, offering views of the open Baltic Sea, the Schlei estuary, and the Schlei River. Furnished with an eye for detail and Sylt charm, this villa guarantees relaxation and the perfect vacation by the sea. <br><br>The ground-level entrance leads directly into the bright hallway, where you’ll find the coat closet and a separate utility room with a washing machine. Off the hallway are a large bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a TV, and a cozy double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a vanity. <br><br>The large, bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows adjoins the hallway and offers a magnificent view of the garden and the ocean. The high ceilings in this villa make the approximately 50-square-meter space the centerpiece of your vacation. The integrated, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island offers a view of the sea even while you’re cooking. A TV is also installed in the kitchen, so you can recreate your favorite dishes right there. The open dining area, which seats 6 people, adjoins the kitchen island and is perfect for fun game nights with the whole family. In the center of the living area, a large freestanding fireplace separates the living and dining areas. It creates a cozy and comforting atmosphere, even on colder days. <br><br>The adjoining living area, featuring a cozy sofa and TV, offers space for the whole family to enjoy cozy moments in front of the fireplace. The entire first floor is U-shaped and equipped with large sliding doors that provide access to the adjoining terrace and garden. Here, too, a cozy outdoor area with a dining table and a lounge corner promises pleasant moments with a view of the sea. A grill is also available to our guests, so you can't only enjoy a sundowner on the terrace but also let barbecue enthusiasts get their fill. <br><br>A grand, elegant staircase leads up to the first floor, which features two additional bedrooms, a wellness bathroom with a sauna, a sun terrace, and another bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds—including cozy down comforters and down pillows—wardrobes, and TVs. The master bedroom also features a large window wall with a view of the sea. Start your morning with a cup of coffee or tea, watch the sailboats and fishing boats as they set out from the Schlei, and admire the sunrise. A day couldn’t start any better.<br><br>The adjacent wellness bathroom features a large bathtub with a sea view, a Finnish sauna, a rain shower, and a large vanity. Guests can also step out from the bathroom onto the adjoining balcony with a sea view. The third bathroom also features a rain shower, a toilet, and a sink. <br><br>The highlight of the house is the large rooftop terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view, where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset while relaxing on comfortable lounge furniture. Guests can access the rooftop terrace via a convenient staircase and a large sliding roof that opens and closes electrically. <br><br>A large carport for two cars, an electric vehicle charging station, and many other amenities are available to our guests at Villa Herzmuschel.
