The kitchen and dining area on the upper floor opens onto a terrace measuring approximately 25 m². Here, a 180-degree panoramic view of the entire harbour and the sparkling Baltic Sea awaits you. A beach chair invites you to linger. The sun is shining, a light breeze is blowing—here you can soak up the Baltic Sea atmosphere.
COZINESS AND WARMTH
Adjacent to the kitchen area, you’ll find a guest bathroom with a shower. The spacious living room with a fireplace promises comfort. The fireplace crackles on cool days and creates a cosy atmosphere. Your gaze wanders over the Schlei as you watch the ships go by.
A comfortable staircase leads from the living room up to the attic.
