This gorgeous property has been decorated with every care in mind.
It is located within a 7-minute walk to the beach, a 6-minute drive to Barefoot Landing, 8-minute drive to Main Street, and surrounded by several grocery stores, shops and restaurants
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property except for the owner garage space (unused), and the elevator is not currently available for guest use
No motorcycles or trailers allowed
Other things to note:
This property is a private, non-smoking property. Smoking violations will be subject to a $500.00 charge
Booking guests must be 25+, and on site, due to homeowner insurance requirements
