Ubicado en 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe es un complejo de condominios con un toque caribeño. Esta unidad de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños tiene 1 cama King, 2 dobles, 4 dobles y con capacidad para 10 personas.

Hay una excelente vista al mar desde este balcón del noveno piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana de 25 "con reproductores de DVD incorporados y un televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana LCD de 42" en la sala de estar. Toda su familia puede disfrutar del canal de cable que deseen. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Los electrodomésticos incluyen microondas, lavaplatos, estufa plana, refrigerador de lado a lado con agua y hielo en la puerta. Hay una lavadora y secadora estándar en la unidad, así como acceso a Internet. Good enough

The unit was large and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms really need to be updated. The beds arent very comfortable and the bed linens were cheap. The kitchen and dining area was very comfortable being the only space that seems to have been updated. We were not able to redeem any "free attraction tickets" we never got an answer or return call from the service number provider. Won't be choosing this property again.

A great Place for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went through and it was smooth and the communication was perfect. The unite was great! It could have used a few repairs, and maybe at least a full sized bed in one of the bed rooms with 2 twins, and a few more pans for families on a budget. The beds, at least in the master could use an updated mattress. Overall, the space was clean and spacious with plenty of room. the view from the balcony was great and there were plenty of chairs to sit there in the early morning or evening to enjoy it. for larger condos, such as the one we stayed in, it would be great if they could offer more than 2 keys if needed or put code locks on the entrances to the properties so it makes it easier to get in and out. We had 3 families coming together and with everything locked down, it was difficult sometimes getting in and out of the property. Our AC was also programmed so it was difficult to keep the temperature comfortable because it was either too hot or too cold.

Great location, lots to do!

Very much enjoyed our stay, even with the rain most of the week we still hot in the lazy river and hot tub. On the one sunny day we had, the beach was right close by to enjoy!

Nice place

A very nice and clean place. If there was one or two criticisms, it would be that the pots and pans to cook with were very old and hard to use. Also, the lack of basic cleaning items, spray for the kitchen and a sponge or two, made it hard to clean the kitchen. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great place very close to the beach

The condo was just like the description, very large common area that we enjoyed and the pool was awesome since we stayed their during the Abby storm. The condo at a glance looked clean but on our first night we found a cockroach in the master bedroom and another in the living room. I planned on reaching out to the owner in the morning but coincidentally pest control came by the next morning. It didn't become a huge issue for us but unfortunately first impression matter. Everything in the condo worked as expected, my recommendation would be to have some of the bathrooms doors tuned up as they don't close very well. Would i stay here again, yes and i would recommend since the owner seems to be taking a proactive approach to the pest control and location of this unit. Overall we had a great time!

North Beach Realty is the best. The property was beautiful and I look forward to returning. This was a small family reunion and we had a blast. So close to the beach, great parking. It was so worth it!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

Upgrades needed

The house was definitely appropriate for seven people, the accommodations were perfect! However, the floor was dirty, the couches were filthy, some of the lamps did not work, and the master bathroom and the bathroom with the full beds in it the sinks, drained, extremely slow.

The kitchen was equipped with appliances and cookware and utensils. The laundry was convenient. We were able to enjoy the ocean view and enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. I wish they had a outdoor pool but other than that our vacation was fabulous!
