COZY 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH EAST-FACING TERRACE
You’ll be staying in a 52 m² 2-room vacation apartment located on the first floor of a residential building. The 48-square-meter apartment is accessed via a separate entrance and features a spacious living area with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, radio, and dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an extra bed for a third person. A separate kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower are included. The cozy, sheltered terrace on the east side is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors in the morning sun and for relaxing in the evening. Here you can spend relaxing hours in the sun, sheltered from the wind.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter set. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any service disruptions. An exclusive bike shed and a parking space are available and can be used free of charge.
