Auf den Höfen WE 30.2 ROLLMOPS: 1-room apartment with small terrace

This friendly, cozy, and absolutely quiet one-room apartment (approx. 23 m²) on the first floor features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-look design; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people, plus 1 additional sleeping spot for 1 child (up to 12 years old). For toddlers, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out) sofa bed and coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the small, sunny terrace (facing south) overlooking the residential complex’s courtyard, which is furnished with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV is available in the vacation rental. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The functional kitchenette includes a sink, a refrigerator, a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person (child: max. 12 years old). To ensure a good night’s sleep, the apartment is equipped with blackout curtains and pleated blinds.

The bathroom features a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the entryway, which features a coat rack, a dresser, and a wall mirror.

To protect your valuables, a small built-in safe is available in your apartment.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 30) assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 adults plus 1 child.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
