Look forward to a vacation in this newly built, modern apartment house with six units in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and in the first row to the extensive sandy beach (without a road in between). In a few minutes by car you can reach all stores of the daily needs. The highly modern equipped apartment in urban style offers you a fully equipped open kitchen with dining bar, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, two bathrooms (each with shower), a spacious living room with expansive sofa area and two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have air-conditioning and TV sets, the larger bedroom has panoramic windows and access to the large corner terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast at the dining table in the morning sun or sunbathe on the loungers all day. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire length of the bay from the bedroom and living room, listen to the gentle roll of the Mediterranean surf. Or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, which is shared by all six units. In the evening, the house's own garden with fireplace is open to you for a cozy end to the vacation day.

One night beach visit

We booked this place as part of our trip from Split through Zadar to the National Park. It’s close enough to zadar for an easy visit but yet quietly situated. Our only regret was that we booked one night. This place was great. The ocean view was amazing. The pool looked great, even though we didn’t have time to use it. The apartment was super clean. Communication was excellent. If we are back in this area, I would book this as a longer rest stop to enjoy all it has to offer.

Group of 4 older friends

Three of my friends from the US were visiting me in my temporary residence in Budapest, Hungary. The four of us drove to Croatia for a quick get away. This place was perfect! The view was absolutely beautiful and the place was extremely clean (something I rate highly). We had a fabulous time. The property manager was so kind. She met us to show us around and told us to call her personally if we need anything. The next day she checked on us. We asked for charcoal to use the outdoor grill. She brought some over very quickly. She also gave us a bottle of champagne and told us to enjoy! I would stay here again in a second! Thank you so much for the great experience.

Croatia Adventure

The property is exactly as described right at the ocean’s edge. It was beautiful and we enjoyed the deck and barbecue. We were met by the property manager and she reviewed the amenities with us and also advised us they were taking photos with a drone and asked if we could turn all the lights on when we left for the evening so the drone operator could film. We agreed and did so. We were surprised the next evening when we came back from our day of exploring to find every single light on in the house. We assumed they needed to film again, but it was a little surprising we were not notified in advance of entry. While we would absolutely rent this property again two things to be aware of. There are other villas being built near by so construction noise is present during the day. We were out touring most days, but it was noticeable. Second, we were notified in advance that there would be very limited supplies provided. For four people staying four days we were allocated 2 rolls of toilet paper, two coffee pods, some paper towels and two small garbage bags. There were no supplies of shampoo, conditioner or body wash. We rented four different flats in Croatia and the other three were quite generous with the usual supplies, as well as olive oil, spices, coffee and tea. This being the most expensive property it stood out in sharp contrast as to the stinginess of the host. It was the only foreign owned property so we found our local Croatian hosts to be quite hospitable and generous.

thank you for your feedback – we’re happy you enjoyed the beautiful location, terrace, and barbecue. A few clarifications: Our lights are controlled by a wireless switch system. After a local power outage (not uncommon in Croatia), lights can turn back on automatically – this is technical, not intentional. As a self-catering apartment, we provide a small starter set: toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen roll, coffee pods, salt, pepper – plus a bottle of water and wine as a welcome gift. We don’t stock full pantries or cosmetics, as preferences vary, and we want to keep prices fair for everyone. The construction nearby is part of regional development and allowed during low season. You paid €725 for 3 nights for 4 people via a platform – including all fees. For a beachfront apartment with premium equipment, a private grill, and personal support, we believe this is a fair offer. Expectations may differ, and that’s okay. We stand for transparency, quality, and honest hospitality – without adding costs for things many guests don’t even use. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub. Es hat einfach alles gepasst; super nette Verwalterin, die uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand und auch Tipps für Restaurants, Strände usw. gab. Die Wohnung ist absolut hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und zudem sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom sehr großen Balkon oder auch vom Pool aus war schlicht ein Traum. Das Meer erinnert an die Karibik und war sehr klar. Man kann sehr weit hineinlaufen, was gerade für Kinder perfekt ist. Obwohl alle Wohnungen besetzt waren, hatten wir immer unsere Ruhe am Strand und es war nie viel los im Wasser. Innerhalb von ein paar Fahrminuten gibt es einige gute Tavernen und Restaurants und Supermärkte. Alles in allem hat einfach alles gepasst und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, es gab ausreichend Stauraum und die Ausstattung ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Besonders die Küche hat uns begeistert – perfekt ausgestattet, um bequem zu kochen.Der Ausblick aufs Meer war traumhaft, und der Pool eine tolle Ergänzung. Auf dem großen Balkon mit Esstisch, Liegen und zusätzlicher Sitzmöglichkeit haben wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht.Auch die Lage ist ideal: In nur einer halben Stunde erreicht man Zadar, und Supermärkte oder Bäckereien sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer ist wunderbar flach abfallend, sodass Kinder unbeschwert planschen können – ideal für Familien.Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub, den wir in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Wir sind sicher, dass wir wiederkommen!Ein großes Lob möchten wir außerdem an Kristina richten: Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen, war stets hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Engagement und Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Die Wohnung ist super, eben wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es fehlt an Nichts. Der Pool ist sehr sauber! Der Strand ist gerade für Kleinkinder ein Paradies- Sand und sehr flaches Wasser!

Traumhaft

Dieser Traum lässt sich kaum in Worte fassen... Für uns fängt der Urlaub mit einer richtigen Unterkunft an wo man sich direkt wohlfühlen kann, was hier voll geglückt ist! Es ist viel besser als auf den Bildern erwartet, alles da was die Familie braucht. Für die Kinder die perfekte Lage zum baden, es ist sehr weitläufig ins Wasser und der Pool nebenan wurde auch gern genutzt. Vom Ausblick des Balkons oder auch aus der offenen Wohnküche direkt auf die Adria, kann besser nicht sein! Ein ganz großes PLUS bekommt die Gute Hausfee Kristina! Diese wunderbare Seele stand uns in allen Angelegenheiten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Man kann noch viel mehr schwärmen, aber da werde ich nicht fertig. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder! Einfach Perfekt!

Traumhafte Wohnung am Meer im gehobenen Standart

Das Inserat kann nicht ausdrücken wie hervorragend und schön die Wohnung bzw. die ganze Anlage ist. Dieser Ausblick jeden Tag auf das wunderschöne Meer und die Bucht ist atemberaubend. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern Inge&Jimmy was super und Kristina ist der Engel vor Ort, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu 100%. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet.Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und das sagen wir nicht oft. Wir danken Euch für den schönen Urlaub lieber Jimmy, liebe Inge und Kristina.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir haben uns in der modernen, gemütlichen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Frühstücke und Abende mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die ganze Bucht haben wir sehr genossen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet auch tagsüber Schatten wenn man ihn sucht. Die Bucht ist sehr flach. Zum Schwimmen muss man weiter rauslaufen oder am Ende der Bucht ins Wasser gesehen. Der Pool ist aber auch eine gute Alternative. Jimmy und Inge sind sehr freundlich und immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Insgesamt sehr ruhige Lage aber mit Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Tolles Objekt direkt am Meee

Wow! Wahnsinnsblick aufs Meer, groß, modern, neu, gepflegt und mit super hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Küche war besser als unsere zu Hause. Fühlten uns wie in einer Designer-Villa. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Nähe zum Wasser: Unsere Spaziergänge am Meer starteten direkt vom Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist insgesamt perfekt. Man genießt absolute Ruhe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, die Altstadt von Zadar wie auch andere schöne Städtchen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Jimmy, der Vermieter, ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Dank Fußbodenheizung wars immer mollig warm. Uns hat es an nichts mangelt. Herzlichen Dank für den guten Service. Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder! Am besten nächstes Jahr im Sommer, wenn der Pool steht und es warm genug ist, um vom Apartment aus direkt ins Meer zu springen 😊.
