Newer home with Southern Charm that is beautifully decorated in the heart of Downtown Savannah. The location sits 1 to 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, a Grocery store, a liquor store, a Breakfast shop, several restaurants, and is within walking distance or a short Uber to River Street. Enjoy countless applications loaded on each TV for you to stream with unlimited wifi. Have a bigger party than what this location can sleep? Just ask about renting the upstairs apartment as well!

We are always available, but minimal interaction unless requested. If you need anything, just shoot a message on the app or a text and someone will get back to you right away.

There is one designated parking spot in the parking lot directly behind the house marked 311A. There is also additional free parking on the street directly in front. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always available spots.

We had a wonderful trip and you can’t beat the location. A quick walk to Forsyth and several restaurants close by. We have stayed now in both the garden level and top portion of this beautiful townhome. Will definitely be back!
