Private unit just for you- One bedroom one bath with loft. Upstairs is the bedroom, office and private balcony. Downstairs is the kitchen, bathroom and living room with a comfortable sofa sleeper imported from Italy. Central AC/ Heat. Onsite coin operated community laundry. Across from the metro for easy transportation. Walk to the Downtown Culver City Farmers Market, movies and shops. This building does not allow smoking or any kind and no pets. Utilities charged separately.

Parking can be acquired for $250 per month per space for a single space and $400 for a tandem space.
