Amazing!!

I cannot say enough about this property. This was exactly what we were looking for…beautiful rooms, extremely clean, and so relaxing. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional splash of a cannonball from a neighbor kid, which was not an issue at all. The dock with chairs was a relaxing spot for some fishing. The pool was wonderful. We didn’t need to have the pool heated at all, the temp was perfect all week (beginning of June). When we used the hot tub, we would turn it on about 20 mins before wanting to use it. The extra room on the pool deck was great for enjoying the sun. We spent the majority of our time at the table outside enjoying the view. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, silverware and cups. Although, I would recommend bringing your own insulated cups to use pool side. The appliances were all easy to use and convenient. Meeting with the property manager was easy and he is extremely helpful and friendly. I will say, and this is a matter of personal preference, the beds are rather firm. After a few nights we were used to sleeping on them though, again simply a personal preference. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families! If we didn’t have to go back to work, we would have easily extended our stay. We will define back.

Beautiful home

First of all let me tell you how beautiful this home and property is . It was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We spent most of the time in and around the pool. Did a lot of fishing off the dock and caught a variety of fish. Well kept home and very clean. Will definitely be renting this house in the future. Did not want to leave. I would definitely recommend renting this home.

Had such an amazing relaxing time here! Neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. Fantastic pool and spa which was enjoyed by our two teens!!…lots of local amenities nearby…great beach tiki bar 10 minute drive also the nauti mermaid within the hotel complex, the marina is lovely too! Definitely recommend for a relaxing break thank you…

House was new and nice however the pool turned green and the spa smelled like swamp water!

The house was new and as pictured. Our first 2 days were good but then the pool turned green and the spa had a swamp smell. We contacted the owner and property management but it took 3 days to finally get the pool guy out. In that time we ended up renting a hotel so our children could enjoy a pool on our vacation. I’m very disappointed in the time it took to correct the problem. Once the pool and spa were fixed we decided to go for a night swim (10:00pm) and finally enjoy the pool.....unfortunately the neighbor across the canal was not happy with us being up so he turned on a loud speaker and played a recording of a baby crying for 30 minutes. He did this 2 nights in a row and one of the nights it was just my husband and I outside with the pool lights on he played the sound until we were annoyed enough to go in and then continued doing it the the neighbors next door to us the following night. Again the house was nice but not very relaxing or enjoy between the pool/spa issues and the rude neighbor across the canal. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Das Pool war in der Ecke leicht grün aber dennoch nutzbar und wurde umgehend vom Pool Service in Ordnung gebracht.Unsere Hausverwaltung war sofort vor Ort und hat bei dem Spa keinen Geruch wahrgenommen. Es war alles in Ordnung. Das unsere Nachbarn sich so verhalten liegt wohl an den lauten Gästen selber. Wir hatten noch nie Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Das Haus liegt auch in einem Wohngebiet und nicht in einer Ferienanlage. Manche Nachbarn müssen auch arbeiten. Unsere ehemaligen Gäste haben darauf auch immer Rücksicht genommen. Wir mussten ein externes Reinigungsteam dazunehmen,weil das Haus sehr verdreckt war und unser Reingungsteam das alleine nicht bewältigen konnte. Überall stand Alkohol und der komplette Boden war verdreckt. Wir vermieten seit vielen Jahren Häuser aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Auf solche Gäste können wir verzichten.

Beautiful home

My family and I loved this house. For my kids, the best part of staying here were the hot tub and pool. Everything was very clean and new. Neighborhood is great and peaceful. Although, the driving time to Fort Myers Beach is not as short as you might think based on distance (due to traffic and it being Spring Break). Traveling to Sanibel was shorter for us and the beaches there are very pretty. The online listing does say max. of 6 people but there is a charge for additional people if you are more than a family of 4. There is also an extra electricity fee based on your stay and you get charged after check out. Wasn't much of an issue since our usage fee was not too costly. Owner and Property Management were easy to communicate with and responded to my emails and texts very promptly. Overall, I would stay here again if I go back to Fort Myers area.

Family getaway

Late spring break trip for the family. Two kids 17 and 14 who loved the pool and especially the hot tub at night. Mom and dad were thrilled with the separate bathrooms and bedrooms for each child the layout of this house could not have been better for our family.

Extra fees

House was very nice. Home owner wanted extra money for electric usage around $80 extra and I didn't even use the AC or pool much. I could only image how much it would be if it was hotter. After looking at contract the fees were in German the only thing in German on the contract. Contacted owner and was told VRBO made the mistake with the translation. I contacted Vrbo and they told me the home owner was wrong and not to pay the fees. The home owner still demanded the extra fees to be paid.

Fantastic place!

We very much enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! It’s brand new and extremely clean and comfortable. We have two main criteria when looking for a vacation home. 1) a neighborhood where we and our kids feel safe and 2) a warm pool/ comfortable place to sit back and relax for the week. This place hit the mark and beyond! The neighborhood was very nice and we often walked on the quiet streets. The pool was the perfect temperature and we were able to adjust the pool and spa temperatures to our liking. We also caught several catfish and a couple sting rays off the dock behind the house. It’s safe to say we all had an amazing time! The only thing I will say, is that when we made payments though VRBO we were charged a fee to convert our USD into euros. Additionally there are additional electric fees on check out. This wouldn’t deter us from staying again, just something to be aware of.

Beautiful and peaceful

We booked the house for a relaxing break from a brutal Midwest winter. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house was open and airy with a pool right out the patio doors. We spent most of our time by the pool, which was the perfect temperature the entire time. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is close to everything you need. Perfect stay!

Great vacation

I must admit I was skeptical at first since the property had no reviews. Then after I booked the property, I googled the address and it showed an empty lot, turned out, the house was brand new and we were the first renters. What a gem this house is, beautifully decorated and included all the basics. Both the owner and property manager responded quickly to questions. We are in the car driving home and are already talking about our next trip back to the house. We loved it!!!!
