COMFORTABLE LAYOUT
The home is designed with an open floor plan and two hallways. In the main room you will find:

*Spacious dining area with plenty of seating for everyone

The entry wing offers:
*King master bedroom with a twin bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower - perfect for people with limited mobility

*Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

The dining wing provides:
*Queen bedroom with a bonus twin bed
*Full bedroom with a bonus twin bed
*Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
*Laundry area with an extra large capacity washer/dryer

Flexible Rental Options: This listing is for the main Riverwalk 1 house, available on its own or combined with the 2-bedroom/1-bathroom Riverwalk 2 cottage unit. Together they offer about 2900 square feet of space on the same property.

Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please keep in mind that there may be gaps in the fence, and it may not be particularly suited for smaller dogs.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Spacious and clean house - was perfect for a girls trip, or would be great for a couples trip. The home had well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The only complaint was the location of two bedrooms were right by the main road. The three bedrooms away from the road were quiet. The location of the house was so close to the downtown shops. It was perfect to walk into town and also walk the Riverwalk. Our experience was in November. Not sure how accessible the lake is from this location if you were to stay there during the summer.

House is a little dated with some loud doors that can be a hurdle to climb if you bring small children. Otherwise house is great, communication on issues was great, and location is tough to beat for the off season proce.

We loved this property. My grandkids asked if I could rent the house again when we go back. Excellent location and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is great but best if only about 2 are in there at the same time.

This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Well appointed and great location

Four old men on a golf trip. We had a great time. Plenty of space to spread out, a great location and a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again.

Walk to town and great yard

This house is spacious for hanging out together. Large fenced yard. Note the fence is low with large gaps. Walking downtown and by the lake was the best part! Fantastic view out the front as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Happy 40th, 40th and 80th Birthday

This was a great spot for a memorable birthday party for 3 families. We had a fun time in the house and playing in the yard.We all felt that the beds were really firm.

Great base camp

We are a family of 7, most of whom are now grown up. We also traveled with our 10 month old grandson. This home has a very straightforward layout with 3 bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking supplies, (usually we have to bring more). The grill was in good working order, as was the hot tub. Much of the outlets are up high, nice for infant safety. If you know Chelan you are within easy walking distance for everything, including the wonderful river walk. The fence is in great shape also again nice for infant safety and our sweet doggo. If you are looking for fancy this is not your place. If you are looking for a straightforward, simple base camp then I highly recommend it.

Perfect location

Family Thanksgiving

This comfortable home was centrally located for our PNW family to get together for the holiday. It was comfortable and spacious. It is obviously set up well for large family gatherings (there were 8 of us). We didn't explore the area much but hung out at the house. The large yard was great for the family's two dogs and a pile of leaves was a particular enjoyment for the grandkids. Even though we didn't go out exploring the area, we are familiar with Chelan and have enjoyed its many features in the past. (Boat rides up the lake are a favorite.) One thing about the house to be prepared for is that it is a solid concrete block construction. Given the late November timing of our visit, the outside walls of the bedrooms were chilly. Fortunately, the owners provide simple to use and effective room heaters that easily take off the chill. There was one issue that needed addressing. We arrived to find the kitchen outlets not working. Talk about a Thanksgiving panic! We contacted the management company and they had a crew out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem right away. They were a friendly and competent couple of guys! Communication was great as the company checked in with us to make sure the job had gotten done. All in all, we had a great time reconnecting as a family in a setting that was beautiful (snowy mountaintop view from the dining room) and a home that was comfortable. We would certainly recommend it for family gatherings!

Great house!

We go on a friends vacation every year and usually stay in a cabin in Leavenworth but we seen this house and so glad we ended up staying here! The house was very clean and in a great location, hot tub worked great! Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. We had a great time and we’re very impressed by this property. The host were great at responding fast! Thank you for the stay and we are definitely looking forward to booking this house again soon!
