The entry wing offers:

*Queen bedroom with a bonus twin bed
*Full bedroom with a bonus twin bed

Flexible Rental Options: This listing is for the main Riverwalk 1 house, available on its own or combined with the 2-bedroom/1-bathroom Riverwalk 2 cottage unit. Together they offer about 2900 square feet of space on the same property.

Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please keep in mind that there may be gaps in the fence, and it may not be particularly suited for smaller dogs.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Spacious and clean house - was perfect for a girls trip, or would be great for a couples trip. The home had well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The only complaint was the location of two bedrooms were right by the main road. The three bedrooms away from the road were quiet. The location of the house was so close to the downtown shops. It was perfect to walk into town and also walk the Riverwalk. Our experience was in November. Not sure how accessible the lake is from this location if you were to stay there during the summer.

House is a little dated with some loud doors that can be a hurdle to climb if you bring small children. Otherwise house is great, communication on issues was great, and location is tough to beat for the off season proce.

We loved this property. My grandkids asked if I could rent the house again when we go back. Excellent location and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is great but best if only about 2 are in there at the same time.

This is a spacious property for a large group. We all were comfortable, using all five bedrooms and 7 of the 8 beds. Having 3 bathrooms also was a huge plus. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. It’s not the Ritz but perfectly suited our needs.

Walk to town and great yard

This house is spacious for hanging out together. Large fenced yard. Note the fence is low with large gaps. Walking downtown and by the lake was the best part! Fantastic view out the front as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Happy 40th, 40th and 80th Birthday

This was a great spot for a memorable birthday party for 3 families. We had a fun time in the house and playing in the yard.We all felt that the beds were really firm.

We were there with our adult daughter and our dog. The house is lovely with plenty of space and a great yard. It's close to downtown, restaurants, walking paths and the lake/river. We had a great time there!

Awesome location

We loved the location of this house being steps away from walking paths around the lake. We paid a pet fee for our dogs to stay and the yard was perfect since it has a fully fenced yard. Plenty of space and easy check in/out.
