Bed linen and towels are included. You can park on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. A deposit must be paid in advance. Access and overnight stays by persons not included in the reservation are not permitted. Parties, events, and celebrations are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. The property cannot be used for illegal activities. You must respect the community’s quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and avoid loud music or behavior that may disturb neighbors. Penalties may apply.
