Summary:

Centrally located on the inner harbor in a quiet historic neighborhood this updated historic home can be your base of operations for a sports weekend or see the sights around Baltimore's inner harbor or downtown. Walking distance from both Orioles and Ravens stadiums, along with the inner harbor, Science Center, Convention Center, Pier 6 Pavilion, National Aquarium along with the bustling neighborhood of Federal Hill. The street is very calm and quiet giving you a relaxing home to escape to.



The Space:

This row home is on the historic register of places and maintains many of the original 130 year old details including fireplaces, original wood flooring, narrow staircases, brick walls and handmade glass windows, there are a lot of steps in this home and passageways can be narrow.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is via permit on the street with one parking pass provided for your stay. If the parking pass is not returned any charges incurred due to it's loss will be charged to the guest.



I have a HEPA air filtering and monitoring system running in the unit at all times to ensure air quality for guests.



Parties of any sort will not be tolerated.



This is 130 year old home and the staircases are narrow as they were kept original. There are two staircases in this stay. The staircases do have a few winder (wedge shaped) stairs.



This is a townhome in the city with neighbors next door. Please note that a low level of noise may be heard occasionally.
