Perfect stay for my family of 3 (1 adult, 2 teens). We would definitely return to Philly and stay here again. Host was responsive and helpful. Clean, secure, well-appointed property. Excellent location, lovely neighborhood. Conveniently right on the bus line to take you up a block away from Franklin Institute and within 2-3 blocks for other busses to take you to the heart of Center City. Delightful neighborhood for walking, 5 minute walk to a Wawa and drugstore. Unless you want to search for street side parking every 1-3 hours during the day M-Sat, depending on street, I recommend parking at the South Street garage (fixed rate of 25 for 24 hours). Another garage varied their rates from day to day. One other minor note that may not matter for most but does for our family and should not be viewed as a complaint- if you prefer to use a washcloth when showering, you will need to bring your own.
