This enchanting vacation apartment is not to be missed. It welcomes its guests with a charming hillside that guarantees an excellent view. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and you are also allowed to bring a pet. There is a modern kitchen. Fans and air conditioners are available for hot days.

You can park your car on the property.

From the house you can reach the pebble beach on foot. In 2 km from distance you can rent a boat, it is also possible to play golf and tennis nearby. If you want to explore the area on two wheels, you can rent bikes not far from here.

Hot and bug bitten

The air conditioning units all made the power short out for the entire place. You couldn’t leave the windows open because there were no screens. We tried to get air circulating to cool down by opening a couple of windows. Then we were bitten by mosquitoes every night while trying to sleep in a hot noisy apartment. Dogs were barking from the unit below us. I stayed 5 days. It was all prepaid and they did not fix the air or consider any reimbursement for not having air conditioning. It was some sleepless bug bitten nights. I will be calling the owner. I can’t help but think that the property management company is not representing them professionally as with faulty electrical systems. Well, I slept in a building that was not only uncomfortable but also a fire hazard. I regret booking them. I have a complaint filed with them, but they haven’t contacted me back since I filed it. Don’t waist your time with this place. I totally regret it. The town of Rapallo is awesome though. Check it out.

Beautiful place

Really nice and beautiful place. Nice interior, lovely view. Walking distance to Rapallo, lovely city with many nice restaurants and bars. The place was being painted just outside our door/kitchen window for the first 2 days, which was a bit weird and somewhat disturbing. Also, price-wise, be aware that bedlinen and towels are not included in the price.
