The holiday home is in a sunny and central location between the towns of Aschau and Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stops in front of the house and takes you to the ski area of Zell am Ziller, 4 km away, with connection to Gerlos or directly to the Zillertal Arena. In summer, admire your surroundings in all their glory during cycling or hiking tours.

Set amidst the mountains, Aschau im Zillertal offers the perfect balance between natural splendour and authentic Tyrolean hospitality. The village is a nature lover's paradise, with scenic hiking trails and cycling routes winding through lush valleys and forested hills. In winter, Aschau becomes a true winter wonderland, with nearby ski resorts inviting winter sports enthusiasts for days of snowy fun

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
