Fully appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage luxury vacation rental. With tropical & colorful furnishings - and decor reminiscent of high-end Tommy Bahama style - the bedrooms are generously sized (3 kings & 1 queen). This home has new travertine floors and tumbled stone baths, and a Spanish barrel tile roof. The open granite kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large bar island, lots of counter space, and a breakfast area. Enjoy coffee on the private covered patio in the mornings, and relax there on cool evenings. This home offers fiesta dish ware, luxurious bath towels, and silky bed sheets. The comfortable master suite has an extra-large walk-in closet and a regular closet, and a jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The other bedrooms are generously sized. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen tv, and there is an over sized 60' smart tv in the family room with a built-in wireless connection for your phone, tablet or laptop. Enjoy surround sound while watching tv and/or movies (music channels included) in addition, the home is equipped with a wireless printer to print from any device to the printer.

This home is within walking, biking, or golf cart distance to the wellington equestrian showgrounds, located within the equestrian walk subdivision. Just minutes to shops and restaurants - from take-out to fine dining. Easy access to all area amenities including the Wellington Green Mall, the Tackeria, Wellington community center & pool, Lion Country Safari, City Place, West Palm Beach Convention Center, Palm Beach's famous Worth Avenue, the Kravis Center for the Arts, Rapids Water Park, and the Veterans Hospital. Wellington has fantastic weather all year round to enjoy numerous beaches, tennis, golf and water sports. The weather in summer usually ranges between 80-92 degrees and the Atlantic Ocean water temperature normally remains in the high seventies. There is easy access to major roadways leading to all areas of interest (including the Florida Turnpike and I-95), and other transportation systems available are the Palm Beach International Airport and Brightline Rail System that runs between Orlando to Miami. We are located only 2 1/2 hours by car from Orlando and it's attractions. Bring the family and enjoy sunny south Florida!

We do allow pets however please note that certain dog breeds are disallowed due to insurance. The following paragraph is in our rental agreement if the Traveler will be bringing a dog--

"Traveler/guest certifies their dogs are not any of the following:

Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Pitt Bull Terrier, American Stafford Terrier, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf/Dog hybrid or a mixed breed linked to any of the breeds described in this schedule, or any trained attack or fighting dog."

Great house right across the street from Wellington International. Very clean, comfortable and the perfect size for 4 of us. Cheri was wonderful to work with. We stayed 3 months and rarely had any issues. Booked it again for next year!!

The house is just as pictured online. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, small appliances, cooking utensils, etc. Cheri was very helpful. We were there for a week at Christmas to spend the holidays with family nearby. Our adult sons walked for miles in the area. I enjoyed having breakfast and lunch and reading on the screened-in-porch.

Remarkable!

Our stay at "The Pineapple Place" was exceptional. My husband and I are newlyweds (who travel a lot and have stayed at many a rental place) who spent 3 weeks in this wonderful place! The house had everything we could ask for and more! We felt like a king and queen staying here. :) Also, the owner is super generous, kind, and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in this well-appointed house for one week while visiting family in Wellington. It was extremely well appointed and the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The beds are comfortable and everything works. The owner has thought of everything and there are lots of little amenities to make your stay comfortable. We had a family of five staying and there was plenty of room. We will be back.

Superb!

We had a one week stay at this property. We were 3 couples travelling with one 7 year old child. The house was perfect and it even surpassed our expectations. In real life it looks exactly like on the pictures - very appealing interior design, beautiful colours, looks like it has recently been renovated, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. This is our second year renting this property for WEF! The home is finished with all the details important for a comfortable stay. Crisp white linens, updated bathrooms and kitchen and sparkling clean travertine floors through out. Perfect location to the show grounds and restaurants. We just loved it!

Great vacation

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the rental and the vacation. We have three (3) teenage kids and the house had more than enough room to accommodate us. FYI...We rented this house for vacation in late December, 2014. The pictures are accurate and the property is clean and kept in top notch condition. The house was easy to find, in a quiet well-kept neighborhood, and is close to shopping. The beach is about 15-20 minutes away. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

Nothing Short of Outstanding!!!

We were blessed to be able to stay in this beautiful house for four months during the construction of our new house. All I can say is that Pineapple Place became our first "home" in South Florida. From inside to outside, Pineapple Place is the perfect place to stay for any occasion in this area. But what makes Pineapple Place special is not the modern amenities, the quiet neighborhood to take evening strolls, or the convenience of having a location where everything is near. The reason Pineapple Place stands far above others are the owners. The owners of Pineapple Place are the consummate hosts catering to everything a guest and a family needs to make their experience pleasurable, relaxed, and stress-free. We cannot thank these outstanding hosts enough. Because of them and Pineapple Place, we as a military family that has moved many times, quickly came to see the friendliness and courteousness that South Florida is famous for. For those who read this and are thinking of staying in the area for business or pleasure, grab up Pineapple Place as quickly as you can! There is no better place to stay or more gracious hosts than the owners of Pineapple Place!

Great home for a vacation

This is a great home for a vacation. A nice residential area about 20 mins from the beach and situated in a super quiet cul de sac close to the equestrian center, golf courses and polo club. All the shops and restaurants you need are within a short drive. The home was exceptionally well cared for and very well appointed with just about everything you and your party could need. Best WEF Experience!

All aspects of the house were a five star experience and included everything for the traveling equestrian! The decor was bright, cheerful and very tasteful. I loved the travertine floors through out the home and the easy care leather furniture. The bedding was crip and clean! The kitchen was well appointed and beautiful. The bathrooms were tranquil and spotless! Of course the location is unsurpassed! Minutes from the horse show.

Great location & nice property

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this home. It was immaculate and well taken care of. The owners did a great job. It's very close to the WEF show grounds, stores and shopping. My name is Cheri and I grew up in West Palm Beach. I was in high school when Wellington was created as a WPB suburban neighborhood. My husband Pete and I have lived here for 35+ years and have raised our family here. I am a local real estate agent and my husband is a CPA, and we can't imagine living anywhere else.

Why they chose this property

Having the comforts of home while on vacation is important - luxurious and upscale furnishings make it more special. A vacation rental should be as nice or even better than what we have at home! I wanted a way to offer those amenities to South Florida vacationers in my hometown of Wellington. We also own Flamingo Hideaway in the same subdivision, and have been pleased to host our wonderful visitors.

What makes this property unique

Pineapple Place is a tropical and relaxing place to enjoy the South Florida lifestyle. It is within walking, biking, or golf cart distance to the Wellington Equestrian Showgrounds, but you don't have to be an equestrian to appreciate it! I live and work locally, and am available for any questions before, during, or after your stay. We also own Flamingo Hideaway in the same subdivision.
