Holiday Apartment "Apartamento en el Medano" near the Beach with Wi-Fi & Shared pool
Apartment located in a Residencial surrounded by gardens and a large outdoor swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days as comfortable as possible (towels, bed linen, appliances, 50-inch TV, washing machine, gel, laundry detergent etc). It has a space for guests who want to work from the apartment with 300 Mb Wi-Fi. It is 5 minutes walk from all services, beaches, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies etc.. El Medano is an excellent town for windsurfers, whose beach of the Cabezo is 3 minutes on foot.
The property is protected by an alarm system which will be deactivated for the duration of your stay.
The are 2 sensors with camera located in the living room pointing to the balcony door and another one in the corridor pointing to the main room window facing the street.
The sensor is disconnected when the house is occupied.
The camera is a photo camera, and it is also disconnected.
In addition, each camera has a small window that can be manually lowered to cover the sensor.

Clean & comfy apartment
Well equipped apartment with balcony and shared pool, in a quiet apartment block.
Parking in underground carpark for one car included.
Five minute walk to the centre of El Medano, which is a lovely town with lots of shops cafes and beaches.
Hosts very quick with any communication

Ubicación ideal, mucho surf.
Pros: El Médano, es un sitio con mucho encanto.
Cons: La puerta de la vivienda, se lo dijimos a la propietaria. No se si lo habrá arreglado. Se atrancaba y era difícil de abrir.

Fantástica estancia en El Médano
El apartamento es muy cómodo, tanto por su distribución, tamaño y ubicación en el bloque como por su localización en El Médano. Está en una zona muy tranquila de fácil acceso a playas, centro de la ciudad (5 minutos a pie) y conexión con la carretera principal.
Limpio, ordenado y bien equipado.
La piscina está genial y a unos segundos de la casa.
Los caseros (Pilar y Juan), muy amables y con gran disposición.
Muy recomendable.
