Great apartment in a v.good location.The apartment is a good size, which good amenities, facilities, patio/balcony area etc, a microwave and better WiFi would improve if being picky. Pool area is of a good size with a snack bar but you do have to pay for loungers and parasols and they don’t allow ball games/inflatables which makes it less enjoyable for kids. Overall a v.good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.Host was good, communicated well with us and even let us benefit from a late check out which was a nice touch.

The pictures of apartment are so accurate as is the Santiago 2 complex,you will find it hard to get as good an apartment,spacious rooms,comfortable beds,very well equipped kitchen,2 good sized shower rooms with toilets, big living/dining area leading to fabulous well equipped patio which over looks the brilliant pool area,also main bedroom has a patio area both of which get the sun until late afternoon,everything is clean and tidy and contact with the host Toon was also excellent For me a 10/10

Beautiful apartment, great size and location. The location on the complex is great looking out over the pool, and the location of the complex is also great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is a great size with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen / living area. The terrace is also a great size with seating and sunbeds. Overall a great stay. We would love to return. Many thanks.

Fantastic holiday

This is a beautiful and modernised apartment that has everything you need. Perfect location , close to shops, beach and restaurants. The apartment itself has a lovely large terrace that leads out to the pool. Communication with owners was excellent , we will definitely return soon

Very nice and great location

It was a really good experience - only negative thing to say was you had to pay for the sun lounger at the pool, but found a solution with the Owner.

Great stay

Had a great holiday, property was in a great location with lots of bars/cafes etc around, but still lovely and quiet at night. Close to the beach , property had everything we needed, communication was great from both Toon and Irina Overall we had a fantastic stay and would book again

We had an excellent time here. Had everything you could need. Modern & the beds was comfy! Not like a hotel bed. Perfectly situated in the complex. No noise at night and just the right distance from the pool. Would definitely recommend & would not hesitate to stay here again.Thankyou

Great stay in Playa de las Americas

As a group we all had an amazing time in this apartment. Communication with the owner was spot on and the recent renovations has resulted in a modern, clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities covered and a great terrace as a bonus. Location was perfect, near the beach, bars and lots of great restaurants. Couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment, recently decorated. Prime location to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, golden mile strip.Park Santiago 2 is also a very quiet well maintained complex and we will most definitely return to this area and apartment in the future.Both Toon and Denise who met us were both accessible and we have only great things to say about our entire experience.

Lovely stay

Fab location - loved the garden area overlooking the pool which we used everyday - had the sun in the garden from morning until about 5.30/6pm. Apartment does need upgrading especially the downstairs fan and a bit of TLC overall. Would more than happily book with Toon again - excellent communication and Denise to meet and show us around on arrival.

good location,and good property,only downside was that our two granchildren could not jump into the pool when others could,and being told to be quite on the balcony at 22.30 no music being played just laughing,seems to be one rule for renters and one for others who own.

The apartment was brilliant, perfect location near everything. Clean & Tidy! Good communication with the owners when booking & in collecting the key. But as we was there for 10 days after the first 4/5 days the pool closed & was drained. So you couldn't go in the pool or sunbathe around the pool as work men was there. This should have been something that we should have been informed about really as for the last 5/6 we didn't have a pool to use. Not only that but the maintenance was extremely loud from really early in the morning till late in the afternoon. The pool bar & shop also closed during this time too. I understand we went late on in the year (November) but we still should have been pre warned as we didn't know and it was a shock to us when the pool just closed for the duration of our holiday. You also have to pay for the Sun beds around the pool everyday per person, which wasn't a problem but again if we had just been pre warned it would have been nice. Overall our stay was good but we feel we should have been told about the things I have mentioned above.

Ideal pour une famille avec ados

L'appartement est au calme, tres bien équipé, avec literie confortable. La piscine est tres agréable. Le front de mer est accessible en 30 sec a pied. La ville est tres touristique avec bars, restaurants et commerces accessibles rapidement à pied. Sejour au top.

Perfect

Our stay was perfect. The cleanliness of the apartment was superb. It was well proportionate and we had more than enough room for all of us. The apartment was situated in a great place near lots of local bars, restaurants and shops. Irina who met us at the apartment was lovely. Toon replied to emails very quickly which gave us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking again for next year.
