With the Intracoastal Waterway just behind the building and the Gulf of Mexico right out front, you get the best of both worlds… and no long walk to the beach.

Recently remodeled and beautifully updated, the condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, private WiFi, and cable TVs. All appliances were updated in 2020, with new furnishings, flooring, and paint added in 2020–2021.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, Gulf view, room-darkening shades, a TV, and a hotel-style safe for peace of mind. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, twin bed, bay view, room-darkening shades, and a TV. Both bedrooms feature new mattresses, linens, and quilts, and our exceptional cleaning team ensures the highest standards throughout your stay.

Enjoy the free boat docks (up to 25') and kayak docks. Rentals available nearby for boats, kayaks, and paddleboards; or bring your own! We offer all the beach gear you will need- chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, & cooler - just bring suntan lotion!
