Welcome to our quiet 3-bedroom home in the gated Seven Oaks community of Southwest Bakersfield. Ideal for families, professionals, and extended stays, this fully furnished home offers comfort, privacy, and convenience close to CSUB, The Marketplace, River Walk, major hospitals, and quick freeway access.
Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, a bright open living area, a modern fireplace, a large sectional, fast mesh Wi-Fi, smart TV, and multiple workspaces for remote work or longer stays. The home sleeps up to 7 guests with a king primary suite, two twin bedrooms, and an additional sleeping setup available on the spacious sectional.
Guests also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, two renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, and a private outdoor patio for relaxing mornings or evening downtime.
During your stay, you’ll also have access to the shared Seven Oaks clubhouse amenities, including a heated pool, spa, BBQ grills, shaded lounge areas, playground, and walking paths.
Located in a quiet HOA community, this home is best suited for calm, comfortable stays and is not a party property. Pet-friendly with approval.
Please note: the 7th sleeping space is the sectional with provided bedding.
