This studio condo comfortably sleeps 3 guests between a queen size bed and a twin size trundle bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available. A pass will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a on level top-floor walkup unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 40 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located to the left of the front door and actively monitoring the front outside entry area.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
