The room is pretty rough. The pull out couch is AWFUL. No extra sheets either. The staff is rude as well. Also no toilet paper, so that was fun. The AC never works. It smells weird in the place. Also want to point out, that the booking says pet friendly, and it’s definitely not. Luckily we didn’t bring any pets, but that would have sucked since the booking says it is pet friendly. Overall, I’ll never stay here again. The parking is awful. The elevator is even worse. The money you pay to stay somewhere like this and it being as bad as it was is a joke. The host was fine but the room and building was not.

First, I want to note that the host Enrique is awesome. He was super quick to address our concerns. The room was just as described. Nicely decorated, the AC worked very well, water pressure is great, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans and small appliances that made cooking easy. My concerns were the mold in the cabinets but I addressed with host and he had staff come in immediately to correct issue, I understand this was due to prior water and ac outage in the area. The parking deck is hard to navigate and the numbering in the deck is not clear as to which level we were on. For future guests your parking spot is between floors 10 and 11 on the left side by a column right before you turn corner. Also, as soon as we arrived the staff outside were immediately rude and said that they appreciate when guests do their homework. I had no idea we needed to pre register and pay an additional 70 dollars for the pool wristbands and parking pass. The listing says all fees included but we were required to pay additional on arrival for bands and pass. Their was not enough luggage racks so we had to carry all luggage to the room. Elevator wait times were very long so we had to take stairs to and from 10th floor pretty regularly. The pool was wonderful, ample seating we enjoyed this very much. The balcony is nice, location is great, beach access is convenient and right next door to Pineapple Willy’s. We did leave some beach chairs and boogie boards for next guest to enjoy.

Listing was just as described. We received check in information less than 14 hours before arrival. Got there a few hours early and host was gracious enough to let us access the room early. We only had one main concerning issue and that was with mold we found on the inside of the curtain leading to the patio, also inside of the kitchen cabinets and on dishes. We had to thoroughly hand wash and then place them on high heat in the dishwasher to use. Would recommend washing any kitchen utensils or cookware prior to use. Parking spot is kind of tight, if you have a large SUV or truck, with one side having a concrete column and one side another parking spot. Will take some patience if the spot next to you has a large SUV or truck. We have a Chevy Suburban High Country and there was a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew parked next to us and we managed. Shower has really good water pressure so if you get sunburned it’s going to sting. Bed is comfortable. More on the firm side but not too firm to keep you up at night. As far as things provided, 1 roll TP each bathroom, 1 roll Paper towels, 1 small bottle dishwashing liquid. Price was really good when we booked for the 4th of July weekend.
