Kuerig and French Press Coffee options. New 55” tv with Roku for enjoying your Netflix and other apps. Includes a desk/office work area with WiFi. Washer and dryer in basement. Electronic lock for easy in/out.

Lake access across the street is good for fishing and launching kayaks. Idle Isle Beach down the road has swimming, boat launch, playground, fishing pier and covered picnic area.
