Each unit spans approximately 2,400 to 2,800 square feet, featuring a large, full-length balcony accessible from the living room and beachfront bedrooms, perfect for enjoying sunrise coffees or sunset The condos are designed for comfort and elegance, with open-plan living areas that include a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, stainless steel refrigerators, microwaves, wall ovens, and Keurig coffee makers. Some units feature wet bars with ice makers and updated amenities like solid maple cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bedroom typically includes a king bed, a luxurious en-suite bath with a jetted whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. The additional three bedrooms (often with king or queen beds, and some with twin beds each have private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all Amenities include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms (ranging from 40” to 70”), DVD players, and a full-sized washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room.
