I highly enjoyed the stay. The scenery and vibe of the house was excellent. Along with the backyard, pool, movie room, game room, etc. All of it made for a nice comfortable and fun experience. I would highly recommend the stay and I would love to stay again. Also thank you so much to such an attentive host.

Overall, our group had a decent stay. The host was communicative, the house was mostly as pictured and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Some things that were frustrating were that we were told by the host about a month or so prior that we could check in early so we planned our flight accordingly. About an hour from landing the host let's us know we can no longer check in early due to the prior guests leaving late. We asked if any accommodation could be made since we'd now have to kill 3 hours before check in but the host wasn't very helpful in suggesting or offering a solution. We finally get to the house and a remote was missing for one of the bedroom tvs. Thankfully the host got one delivered quickly which was helpful. The pool is nice but didn't seem to be chlorinated or have any type of filter so it was pretty hard to enjoy swimming because of the debris/grass/bugs in the water. We were told there was a skimmer for us to clean it ourselves which as guests was new to us. A few other minor issues arose but were handled fairly. The theater is off through the garage and although there's an ac unit inside it is separate so the room is initially super hot and stuffy and also there were huge dead cockroaches in there because of the location through the garage. It is part of why we booked and we weren't able to enjoy it. Otherwise a decent stay.
