Welcome to Pelican Isle 113 – Salty Seahorse, managed by Easy Vacation Services.
Escape to your perfect beach getaway at the Salty Seahorse! This beautifully upgraded 1st-floor, 819 sq. ft. condo offers an ideal retreat for small families or couples looking for a peaceful coastal experience. With easy elevator or stair access, this charming unit promises relaxation and stunning Gulf views.
The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second full bathroom offers a walk-in shower for convenience. The hallway bunk alcove (sleeps 2) and the living room's queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) provide additional sleeping space, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.
Cook meals in the fully upgraded kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Linens, towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer are also included for your convenience. Plus, we've thought of everything, including 6 beach towels for your fun-filled days on the sand!
Step outside and enjoy free beach service with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (March 1st–Oct 31st). Take a swim in the large pool, unwind in the hot tub, or relax with a family BBQ at the charcoal grilling area. Stay active with a workout in the on-site fitness room.
As the day winds down, enjoy the breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf's emerald waters right from your private balcony.

We came for a cheer competition at the Ft. Walton/Destin Convention Center. The location was perfect, the condo was clean, the view was beautiful and the communication with the property owner was outstanding! Great trip☀️

Great Place to stay

My husband and two young children had a perfect vacation stay in 113! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the kids LOVED the bunk beds! The first floor location made going back and forth to the beach so convenient - and the included lounge chairs were awesome! The beach is only a short walk, which is always a plus with kids! And so many great food choices are just a short drive away!

Kicking off summer

Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family. This is a great property. We love the area and have stayed on Okaloosa several times. This place was cute and clean. I love the close parking, keypad access, nice pool and easy beach access. Thank you for a great vacation in the books!

Great family vacation in Dec

We decided to go on a beach vacation last min. The owners were wonderful with communicating all the details. The location was great. Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water. The condo was clean and big enough for my family of 4. Will definitely be back.

Very cute condo and exactly how the pictures show!

The owners stayed up with us from the time we booked our stay till our departure! Very nice! The condo is absolutely cozy and adorable and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you walk in to! Smelled good and clean! We enjoyed our stay!

My grandson loved the pool and accessibility to the pool. Beach very nice! Needed more toilet paper & trash bags, understood we could have brought more as the welcome book stipulated. Just nice to have, to have had more than what was provided.

Last minute get away

Took my 83 year old mother to the beach at her request. She has difficulty walking so we needed elevator access which was readily available along with access to handicap parking. We were even able to get her on the beach and she put her feet in the ocean! Great location, great view of the ocean and very clean condo.

Family vacation

We booked this property a week before we were to arrive, so I was a little worried that maybe there was a reason it was still available. Thankfully I was proved wrong! We had donuts upon our arrival and at least a few things to get our trip started before needing to go to the grocery to grab essentials. I will definitely make sure to try to stay here again! ❤️

This place has been excellently remolded and felt like home as soon as we got there! Being on the first floor makes it really nice if the elevator is tied up, but is high enough to give you a perfect view of the beach! Carey Sue and Capt. Paul were excellent to deal with! Super nice the entire time and very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Just do it...you won't be sorry!

Love the unit!. Did not live having the pool right off our balcony and the hot tub was not warm at all. Otherwise, the place was great! We tried to stop by okaloosa donuts on our way out and they are closed on Monday! We loved the donuts, nice touch. Thanks

The house decor is beautiful. The Gorgeous View welcomes you as soon as you enter this beautiful blue condo. The condo was neat and clean and had all the start up amenities needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and two bathrooms is a bonus for any family staying. The only issue we had was the trash bags because we got only one trash bag for the trash and once we used it we were using grocery bags for the trash. Apart from this our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you!

Didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at the pelican isle condo sept 15-20. The condo and the service were amazing. Something really special is that Capt Carey sue gives you a cell number that you can text/call anytime throughout your stay for any needs. We needed this when the bathtub drain was broken. We texted her and maintenance was there and repaired the drain within an hour. The maintenance guy was very friendly and professional. We also rented a very nice fishing rod and reel from them which included a small tackle box and sand spike for surf fishing which was a great value. We caught several fish on our trip! We found the condo to be very clean and the beach front location was amazing. We highly recommend staying here for your next beach vacation. We will be back!

Way too loud; pool closed; very expensive for this condo, not worth that much

Average - the condo rates are too expensive. Pool was extremely small; pool was closed while we were there; pool bathroom code didn’t work. When pool was open people were screaming so loud that the TV in our condo had to be extremely loud in order for us to hear it, because of the noise at the pool. In the middle of the night, people would come running and laughing loudly down the outside hallway, right by our bedroom, and wake us up. Not a good experience.
