Hola viajero! Gracias por mirar nuestra unidad, estamos aquí para ayudarle con la reserva de este condominio de playa maravillosa. Estamos dedicados a proveer a nuestros clientes con un servicio excelente y un buen apartamento. Disfrutar del azúcar playas de arena blanca y aguas color esmeralda de la isla de Okaloosa que son sólo pasos de esta unidad una decoración luminosa. La unidad tiene un dormitorio principal con una y un medio baño. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio. También hay una habitación con literas y un sofá cama que puede alojar cómodamente a seis personas. Hay un lavadero con una pila de lavadora-secadora poder y junto con dos televisores, dos DVD y un reproductor de CD / estéreo. La unidad también cuenta con conexión Wi-Fi.


Dunas del Golfo fue construido en 1999 y es una de las propiedades de la premier en Okaloosa Island. Cuenta con dos piscinas climatizadas Gulfside y una pista de tenis. Hay dos pasarelas que te llevan a directamente a 426 pies de arenas blancas de azúcar. Dunas del Golfo es lo suficientemente lejos de las multitudes y el tráfico ocupado para disfrutar de la playa, pero lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a las tiendas y restaurantes de la zona.

The location with the beach is wonderful. We particularly enjoy the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. The Stewby's food joint within walking distance is a distinct bonus. We have stayed at this location twice and we will be back.

Also pool was nice and cleaned every day! My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

First time staying in a condo, the view is beautiful. The condo was clean and updated. The layout was spacious. A few tips if you are a picky sleeper is to bring eye mask or cover for the curtains there's a automatic outdoor safety light that can be bright for some sleepers. Also the bed is on the firmer side, but there are the bunk beds and the sleeper sofa options. We had an issue with the sleeper sofa and management was quick to resolve. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice little condo

This condo is nice and a great ocean view. We had a couple items that were broken and the property manager responded right away. They could use a little updating which they seem to be in the process of doing. We appreciated the use of chairs on the beach in March. We stayed at this unit from January 6-April 2, 2025. Location is great with great restaurants on the island and tons of great restaurants in Ft Walton, Destin and Niceville.I would stay here again.

Great beach and views very relaxing Master bedroom should have shades on the front window lots of lights coming through did not like it only had curtains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived in Saturday, the AC was not working. It was a holiday weekend, and would be Tuesday before the part would be available. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable by bringing in extra fans and keeping us updated on the status of the repair. Thankfully the temps were manageable. By Tuesday the entire unit ended up needed replaced. Thanks to Beverly and team for taking good care of us. As for the unit, some simple upgrades would go a long way. The silverware desperately needs to be replaced. There are a total of 5 forks. 4 of which have mangled tines. The rugs are awful as well..understand this is the beach, but they were so threadbare, they did nothing to help with the sand.

Walk to the beach is super short and we had great views of the sunset every night. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We rarely had to drive anywhere.

Short girls trip was perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect for our first ever girls trip. Great location, very clean and cozy. Only downfall was that there was no place to store our luggage before check-in so that we could enjoy the beach. Other than that, would definitely stay at there again!

Great beach front condo

Entry was easy, quick and pleasant. No complaints, but merely suggestions. The pillows for the king bed are terribly flat. My husband and I added the bunk bed pillows to our bed. And maybe an area rug in the bedroom to get any last bit of sand off the feet before bed.

Perfect Beach Vacation.

This property was the perfect fit for my family’s first vacation. The room was ideal for the three of us. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great ocean view off of the balcony and took only a few minutes to be right on the beach. The pool was very nice too. The kitchen was fully equipped with any cooking utensil you would need. This was a great place to stay!

It was in a good location. Close to a plublix. It is right down the road from AJs Oyster Shanty, which is one of our favorites in Fort Walton. It is also a short driving distance to The Shack, it is my favorite place to eat down there. Everything inside the condo seemed up to date. The bedroom TV did not work while we were there, but that was not a big deal for us. The pool there was good. This was the second time we stayed in the same room. Would for sure stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Fort Walton.

Relaxing & Fun!

We booked for a family get away and it was perfect for our family of four. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and inviting. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. I was a little worried about my sons (teen & young adult) fitting on the bunks, but they were good. The beach service was a nice plus! The bed was more firm than what we prefer, but it was comfortable. It was chill and quiet in the evenings. I’d definitely stay here again. It was very nice and the property management communication was amazing.

Great place

This place was the perfect place to stay at!! So close to the beach and so easy to find. It was so close to everything. The accommodations were awesome. Will definitely be back!
