Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11 AM central time. Empty all Garbage receptacle's and place the trash inside a large black container, a lime green lid located in front of the garage.
Please make sure all lights in the Home turned off. Windows doors are shut. Please do not strip any bedsheets, blankets or comforter.
Clean up the kitchen! Please don’t leave any dirty dishes in sink. Full glass white screen door is never locked. Please don’t lock it when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a pull out sleeper sofa bed in living room. Please do not use couch as a bed.

The property was clean and as described. The location is convenient to the downtown area, being just a block off of US-2. Lots of thoughtful touches, from plenty of games to fresh muffins to an extensive coffee bar. Communication was great. We had a very minor issue and Lisa was quick to take care of it.

I would love for you to come out to Iron Mountain and see our four-season playground. There is so much to do here—you can go skiing, canoeing kayak, canoe swimming. You could also take your side-by-side or go for a long walk to see the autumn colors turning in the forest. We are not far from snowmobile trails
The location offers a unique combination of convenience and local charm, providing easy access to the major highway while maintaining a quiet, residential atmosphere.

The property is within walking distance of several local amenities, including various restaurants, a local ice cream barn with farm animals, and numerous walking trails and lakes. Additionally, the neighborhood is conveniently situated only a half-mile from downtown and various local shopping options.
