Vacation apartment Seeblick - Villa Liselotte

This comfortable vacation rental, approximately 95 m² in size and accommodating up to 6 people, is located on the upper floor of a two-unit building and spans two stories. The first floor features an open-concept living/dining and kitchen area, a large bathroom, and a guest room. A spacious staircase leads from the living area to the bright, light-filled attic. The attic features two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The bedrooms are the same size and are furnished with a double bed (facing the lake) or twin beds (facing the forest) and a wardrobe. A relaxation corner rounds out the overall design. The stylishly furnished apartment features underfloor heating, guest Wi-Fi, and a digital TV with internet access as well as a DAB+ CD/radio. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in, barrier-free shower, a wheelchair-accessible sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The bathroom on the first floor also features a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the upstairs bathroom.





From the “Lake Side” bedroom, you can catch a glimpse of the lake during the beautiful fall and spring months. The “Forest-Facing” bedroom has a small balcony that’s perfect for breakfast or undisturbed sunbathing on sunny days. The quiet areas created in the bedrooms, living area, and guest room invite you to linger and relax. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven at counter height. Additional amenities include a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The guest room, located on the lower floor, features a TV/DAB+ CD radio and a sleeper sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people if needed. The guest room opens onto the spacious terrace, which invites you to soak up the sun or simply enjoy the great outdoors.
Families with children are warmly welcome. If needed, the bedrooms can be equipped with travel cribs for toddlers. A high chair can also be provided upon request. The apartment has been designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, featuring level/barrier-free entrances as well as wide doors. The entrance to the apartment, as well as access to the rooms and the shower on the lower level, are at ground level and barrier-free (no steps).
The properties in the Röblinsee settlement are located on a slope, so the path to the property is steep; the vacation home itself is situated on a flat plateau. Parking is available in front of the property.
The starter kit includes dish soap, dishcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and soap. Bedding and towels are also included in the basic/initial supplies.



This beautiful vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in Fürstenberg/Havel in the Röblinsee settlement, with an indirect view of Lake Röblinsee.
The path leading to the property is steep. The vacation home itself is situated on a flat plateau and is accessible without stairs.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
