Welcome to the 302 Seascape Oasis!
Engage all of your senses while enjoying your seaside vacation. Feel the warmth of the sun, a summer breeze, or the sand under your feet as you stroll the beach. Watch a beautiful sunrise while the shore birds play in the surf, and taste the salt air while listening to the sound of the rolling waves. Watch the magical sparkle of the sea. Most importantly: relax, recharge and make memories on your retreat!
This single level, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home offers something for everyone. The open concept blends the kitchen, dining and family area so that spending time together is not hard to do. The dining room table easily seats up to 8 people, while the kitchen peninsula offers four comfortable chairs for additional seating.
The well equipped kitchen, with brand new Whirlpool appliances in January of 2026, allows you to cook at home with everything you need including: large refrigerator, a 5 burner stove with an air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 different coffee makers for your convenience, all the small appliances you need like toaster, waffle maker, quesadilla maker, blender and more. There are plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware and other utensils. There is a propane grill out back just off of the patio, and a pantry located in the kitchen to stock up any food and snacks you’ll need for the week.
The living room area includes a couch, matching large chair and ottoman for comfortable viewing of all your favorite shows on the brand new 65" smart TV, streaming all of your favorite apps.
The full bath in the hallway is complete with a new shower head, vanity with plenty of room for storage, and two racks of hooks to hang your towels.
The spacious master suite is on one end of the home where you will sleep comfortably on a brand new King size mattress. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity sink, spacious walk in shower with rainfall shower head and huge walk-in master closet, as well as ample drawer storage.
You can enjoy some private TV time with the 55" smart TV in the bedroom as well. If you need to complete a project or finish some emails, you will find a dedicated work space in the privacy of this bedroom as well.
Another bedroom with ample privacy awaits at the opposite end of the home, furnished with a brand new comfortable Queen size mattress, chest of drawers for storage, and a roomy closet for storage and hanging clothes. There is a new 42” TV mounted on the wall in this room for your own streaming needs as well.
The third bedroom, just off of the living room, includes all new mattresses in 3 sizes - a Queen size bed on the bottom, a Twin XL on the top and a Twin XL on the bottom trundle stored below the Queen. There is a chest of drawers for storage, storage drawers built into the bed frame, and a roomy closet for storage and hanging clothes. There is also a brand new 42” smart TV for your streaming needs.
You will find brand new Maytag full size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs in a room just off of the kitchen… just remember to shake all of the sand off outside before washing as sand can wreak havoc on washers and dryers.
Start your day with a coffee on the patio out back, or end it with a cocktail... or both, you're on vacation! Either way, you will enjoy the peaceful view while listening to gentle fountain in the pond behind the house.
The garage will be completed shortly, pictures to come soon! This space will be great to entertain, relax or play a multitude of games to include table tennis aka ping pong, dual basketball pop-a-shot hoops game, new fly bean game, air hockey table, cornhole and more. The area will be complete with comfortable seating and lots of options for everyone to relax and enjoy!
