Self-catering house, fully equipped, with sauna, private rest room with a tiny bar, 2 Bathrooms with shower, 4 big Bedrooms, 1 big Living room with a huge corner bench and 2 tables for approx.16 persons, 1 big fully equipped kitchen. With a cosy corner seat for approx...10 persons (coffee maker, toaster, electrical cooker, fridge with freezer, dish washer), additional wood burning stove makes it hospitable. (The whole house has central heating) satellite-TV, CD-Radio, 2 toilets, 1 storage room! Farmhouse completely renovated in 2007 in an absolute private setting, just a few minutes by car to Mühlbach/Hkg . From the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley. Big garden with barbecue area & lawn to relax. There are 4 Mountain Bikes available. Snow chains are often necessary during winter time. Is ideal for groups until 14 persons.

Central location for all excursions: Hikers can find in a few km. lots of starting points for several excursions with the panoramic views.

Special features: Our baker supplies fresh bred every morning if desired, Sundays too! A barbecue area nearby our outdoor sitting area invites to celebrate and enjoy .The landlord - our barbecue Professional - invites you to an evening barbecue.

Wunderschöne Lage, aber Haus ist leider nicht sehr gepflegt

Grundsätzlich muss ich einmal vorweg nehmen, dass die Lage des Hauses etwas magisches hat, denn man befindet sich ganz alleine am Berg und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Es war uns bereits bei der Buchung klar, dass die Unterkunft einfach ist, aber genau das macht ja auch den Charme aus. Leider ist sie aber auch nicht so richtig gepflegt, was für den hohen Preis den man zahlt nicht gerechtfertigt ist. In der Küche sind z.B Mäuse und aus dem Abfluss in der Spüle riecht es sehr muffig/schimmelig heraus. Außerdem ist der Badeteich auch scho sehr gekippt. Das ist sehr schade, denn eigentlich hat uns der Ort und die Aufteiung des Hauses sehr gut gefallen...

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit herrlicher Kulisse

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in der Schamberghütte sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar für eine größere Gruppe wir waren 6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder): große Küche mit allen Utensilien, großen Aufenthaltsraum, zwei Bäder, Sauna, vier geräumige Zimmer. Ein Nachteil (oder vielleicht doch ein Vorteil?): es ist kein W-LAN vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und lädt zu vielen Wanderungen ein, allerdings muss man zum Startpunkt immer ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren. Da die Parkplätze in der Umgebung alle kostenfrei sind, ist das kein Problem. Wir können die Schamberghütte als Urlaubsort sehr empfehlen, da ihre abgeschiedene Lage eine absolute Erholung bietet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos.

Schönes Hütten-/Wanderwochenende

Die Hütte liegt schön ruhig. Tolles Panorama und schöner Aussenbereich zum Relaxen. Auch innen sind die Räumlichkeiten für eine größere Gruppe ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermietern ist auch sehr nett und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos.

Schöne Lage, einmalige Kulisse, uriger Bauernhof aber mit etwas fehlender Liebe zu Details.

Der Aufenthalt dort hätte noch viel schöner sein können, wenn man sich nicht ständig über Kleinigkeiten ärgern müsste, wie z.B.: - Bewegungsmelder oben im Flur geht nicht an wenn man den Flur betritt - einige der alten Türen sind sehr laut, zum Teil gar nicht zu schließen (damit ist es im Grunde kein vollwertiges Zimmer) - zum Teil keine Nachtischlampen - kaputte Gartenmöbel, die zu Verletzungen geführt haben - Waschmaschine geht nur mit drei Euro-Stücken pro Waschgang (wo bekommt man die heutzutage her?) - Licht im Kühlschrank ist defekt. Das war schade.
