About Randy & Nanci Johnson
Randy & Nanci both grew up on rural Wisconsin farms in St. Croix County, WI. We have lived in Hudson, WI since 1987 and the same home since 1992. We have raised all our children in Hudson. Hudson, WI is on the St. Croix River and is a small charming Historic town with a Marina, Hudson is known as the bedroom community to Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Randy has worked at Andersen Windows all his life since he graduated in 1977 and can retire in May of 2015. Nanci is currently a licensed Realtor/Broker Associate in WI & MN for Edina Realty, Inc. and has been providing Real Estate Services since 1992. We have owned rental property and decided it was time to sell in WI and fell in love with The Villages, Florida area so we did a 1031 exchange and purchased our new Designer Wisteria home in October of 2013 in The Village of Collier near the new Brownwood Paddock Square.

During our search for the perfect home we fell in love with this home and decided this was the one for us. We loved the open space and the expresso finish on the cabinets along with the screened lanai screened with landscaping. Loved birdseye view of golfers from our breakfast nook of Sandhill Executive Course. The Owner's sweet was nice size and offered a large walk-in closet and the loved the double counter height sink vanity and the walk in large tiled shower. Our home has a double garage and is surrounded by many homes that would be considered much higher in value than ours so that definitely was a plus. What sealed the deal was that we could access a shortcut golf cart trail that would give us a short 3 minute ride to Brownwood Paddock Square right behind the Regional new Eisenhower Rec Center as well as around the corner from The Collier Neighborhood Pool. We loved the idea that in three to 5 years everything will be still fresh and more mature!

Beautiful, Clean & Comfortable!!!
The house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need. Although we did not have a chance to use the 4 seater gas golf carts or 2 bikes, it was nice to have that option. It was an easy walk to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, a short ride by cart to Brownwood & centrally located to all activities in the Villages. It is obvious that the owners, Nanci & Randy, put a lot of care & thought in making their guests feel welcome. Also, thank you B.K. & Don for a spotless house!! We would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location !
My wife and I spent a long weekend with two of our friends at 2442 Mclin Lane. You cannot beat the location. You are able to walk to Eisenhower recreation center and also into Brownwood. The house is clean and set up with every thing you could possibly need. Had a great time! We would definitely recommend it and will look for the listing for our next visit .
Home is in a nice area and is nicely appointed. Close to shopping, and restaurants. We only spent the evenings and overnights here. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and neat. Communication was great both with the owners and their check in people.. Would stay here again!!
