Ein nicht vermietbares Haus

Die im Angebot angebotene bodengleiche Dusche war undicht und konnte auch nach dreimaligen Versuchen durch den Haustechniker von Urlando nicht abgedichtet werden. Nach 2 Wochen, also 1 Woche frĂŒher als gebucht, sind wir ausgezogen. Wir wollten relaxen und nicht wischen. Unser RA wird sich damit beschĂ€ftigen.

Leider keine Fliegengitter, Bad und Dusche viel zu eng!

An sich ganz nett! Leider weder Fliegengitter noch Rollos! Das Bad ist ganz schlecht konzipiert und die ĂŒberflĂŒssige Minisauna nimmt der Dusche zusĂ€tzlichen Platz weg. Das GefĂ€lle der Dusche ist viel zu gering, bei jedem Duschvorgang tritt Wasser aus, das ist absolut mangelhaft. Ansonsten ein nettes Objekt mit ruhiger Terrasse und praktischem Schuppen, z.B. fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der, Sandspielzeug, ... Die NachbarhĂ€user sind mit deutlich besseren Grills ausgestattet, der Sonnenschirm und die Garrenmöbel sind hingegen gut, ebenso die Waschmaschine, die in einem separaten Raum steht.

Die Ferienanlage SĂŒdstrand ist sehr zu empfehlen und kinderfreundlich. Die Ausstattung in den HĂ€usern ist sehr gut, es fehlt an NICHTS. Von Föhn, Waschmaschine, W-LAN, Fernseher, Grill etc. und zum Teil Sauna- es ist ALLES da! Der Weg zum Strand ist nur 200m entfernt (ohne Strandkörbe). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles kleines Haus fĂŒr 4 Personen. Man kommt an und fĂŒhlt sich sofort zu Hause. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Genau wie in der Beschreibung und noch mehr. Absolut eine Empfehlung wert.
