The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space. This apartment is wheelchair-accessible in accordance with LBO standards.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994.
