The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by two cozy armchairs. One of the armchairs can be used as a sleeper chair, providing a third sleeping option. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a shower. <br><br>A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished balcony, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air! The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.<br><br>The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with an underground parking garage, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.<br><br>The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet.
