This modern holiday home is situated on a hill, in the town of Veliko Brdo, near the town of Makarska. It consists of two units, which are connected by external stairs. One is located on the ground floor and the second covers the first and second floor. There are four bedrooms in the house, all with double beds, two of which have a single bed (sofa) for a child. The house has a swimming pool and balconies with panoramic views.

On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a small kitchen with dining area. On the 1st floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony offers a nice view of the sea. Directly in front of the house there is a spacious furnished terrace and in front of it the highlight of the estate, of approximately 30 m² large swimming pool. The nearest restaurant is only 300 meters from the property. The nearest supermarket can be reached within a few minutes car ride.
