Conveniently located in the University Heights Neighborhood. Entire complex has been remodeled. Perfect place for short or longer term stay for a single person or a couple. Great location near UNM and local flavor restaurants.

-Fully equipped kitchen
-Traditional drip coffee maker with coffee, Kettle & Tea
-Top floor 1bd/1ba apartment (no one above you)
-Spacious living room area with smart TV.
-King size memory foam mattress
-Bathroom: Shower/Tub combo, 1 sink, clean towels, shampoo/soap
-Stacked washer/dryer
Other things to note:
-Apartment is cooled by swamp cooler during the summer months
-Located in 2nd floor, must climb stairs
-Security Cameras installed outside on building
-PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
