-PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

The place was so cozy and was perfect for me and my husband. It was always so easy to get in touch with the host! The apartment was right near so many yummy places to eat in a good neighborhood. The instructions were also very easy to follow for check-in and check-out.
