The host was wonderful to work with, very responsive, and accommodating. The property was as advertised and all house functions used worked well. Bed/bedding was very comfortable. Great location relative to access to points of interest, and quiet neighborhood while we were there. I would definitely rent this home and from this host again!

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. Guests should be aware that the home is near a very busy road that produces quite a bit of road noise. We slept with a fan sound app to mitigate that. The home is near the lake and trails but you’ll still need to drive to them (about 5 min) so you aren’t walking along that busy road mentioned earlier. Close to Old Folsom which has great restaurants and cute shops. The home more-than met our needs, but next time we will probably choose a quieter area.

We spend many spring and summer evenings enjoying the view, dining, and entertaining on the deck. Of course, we’re used to it, so it doesn’t bother us at all. I also appreciate how clean and tidy you and your family left the house and I would highly recommend you to any vacation rentals in Folsom.

The house was immaculate and exactly as described. It had everything that you need in it. Words can't describe how good the host monitored your stay and communicated with you on a very quick time frame. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others, especially since it is on a culdesac and quite.
