The pool and secure parking spaces are situated on the spacious, gated property.

The ground-floor apartments, which are thermally and sound-insulated (living room with a fully equipped kitchen bar + bedroom + bathroom), measure 58 m² + loggia (10 m²) + terrace (20 m²). All three apartments have an identical layout and differ only in their furnishings.

Our apartments face southwest and feature two terraces, a large bedroom with a built-in closet, a fully equipped bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living room. The apartments are ideal for two people and, if necessary, one child.

All apartments are fully equipped: hardwood floors/marble, modern smart/satellite TV, washing machine, bed linens, towels, coffee maker, toaster, double or single beds, dishes, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, parking, and internet (fiber-optic Wi-Fi).
