The complex build end of 2003 is located in one of the best residential area of Puerto de la Cruz and is composed by 29 apartments distributed between ground floor and a first floor; as well as gardens area, a large solarium and swimming pool.

Es la sexta vez que estamos en la zona y recomendamos este apartamento sin duda. Bien ubicado, siempre que tengas coche, limpio, amplio, luminoso, tranquilo y bien cuidado. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist top. Die Nähe zum Strand, Loro Parque, Baseballfeld etc ist hervorragend. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 6 Wochen in der Wohnung . Schöner Blick aufs Meer und Puerto. Die Lage hatten wir absichtlich gewählt weil wir wussten es ist hier ruhig was in Puerto und Umgebung selten ist . Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf die Zubringer und zu Fuß schnell in Punto Alto und am Strand. Mit dem Vermieter Herrn Jorge hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Alles in allen ++++

Sehr gut ausgestattet und toller Ausblick

Mein Sohn und ich waren im September/Oktober 2022 dreieinhalb Wochen in Puerto de la Cruz. Da wir Ruhe und Erholung brauchten war uns ein Appartment, in dem wir uns wohlfühlen, wichtig. Und hatten uns richtig entschieden. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie bei AirBnB bedildert und beschrieben. Ich war noch niemals in einer Ferienwohnung, in der alles was man benötigt so vollständig vorhanden war. Dies umfasste sogar Reinigungs- und waschmittel sowie die grundlegenden Gewürze. Ich habe mich jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen auf den phantastischen Blick vom Balkon auf den Pool und das Meer gefreut. Insbesondere bei dem in der südlichen Hemnisphäre einzigarten Licht bei Sonnenschein empfand ich eine tiefe Zufriedenheit und innere Ruhe. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Sohn des Vermieters ist ein sehr angenehmer, offener Mensch. Er stand uns jederzeit auf Englisch zur Verfügung und beantwortete alle Fragen wie die nach zu empfehlenden Restaurants. schnell und kompetent. Es war sehr erholsam. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Très bonnes vacances...

L'appartement est idéalement agencé et il ne manque rien pour le confort des vacanciers. La terrasse (avec vue sur l'océan et piscine) est des plus agréable. Très bonne communication avec nos hôtes qui ont toujours été à l'écoute pour nous apporter toutes les réponses à nos doléances. Bref, nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances durant deux semaines. Nous recommandons vivement.

Schönes Appartment mit tollem Blick

Die Wohnung (mit 2 Schlafzimmern) ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zwar nicht direkt in Puerto Cruz sondern gehört zum "Vorort" Punta Brava. Zu Fuß ist man aber in 20-30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Hanglage, direkt oberhalb des Loro Parkes, was aber nicht störend ist. Ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert. Der zugehörige Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend zum kurzen Abkühlen und ein paar Runden zur Erfrischung vor dem Frühstück oder Abendessen zu schwimmen :) Der Pool ist eigentlich per Solaranlage beheizt, die aber leider gerade defekt war- aber schwimmen war halt umso erfrischender. Der Sohn der Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen oder Tipps (z.B. Restaurantempfehlungen o.ä.) immer via Handy erreichbar. Fazit: sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und absolut empfehlenswertes Appartment. Wir kommen wieder....

Schöner Aufenthalt in angenehmer Wohnung

Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Bucht von Playa Jardin bis zum Leuchtturm. Eine steile Strasse führt zum Haus, weshalb ein Auto zu empfehlen ist. Den nahegelegenen Loro Parque kann man fussläufig erreichen. Wohnung und Küche sind mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet.

Good not great

It’s difficult to say anything negative about this property when you have Jorge as such a lovely host, but our biggest complaint is the beds. They’re much too hard for our liking so we didn’t feel like we really rested during the entirety of our stay. Other minor complaints are the noise and the location. On a map, the location seems perfect, but it’s actually up a fairly steep hill so we felt like you really needed a car to go anywhere (thankfully we had one). There are also many barking dogs in the area so sleeping with the windows open was nearly impossible, but it was too warm with them closed. This is not the fault of the hosts, though. Living with noise is the price you pay for staying in Puerto de la Cruz. It’s a great town, but after two stays there, we’ve decided it’s no place we want to be at night. Otherwise, we found the apartment enjoyable. At first glance, the kitchen seemed sparsely supplied, but it actually had everything we needed once we got in and used it. It had a strong musty smell at the beginning of our trip, but provided we went just as the borders were opening back up, I think perhaps it hadn’t been used for a while. The grounds of the property are well-kept. Someone is out cleaning or mowing every workday. It is lovely. The pool is almost too cold to be used. You must swim hard and fast to stay warm, but it’s really nice and pretty. In general, we were satisfied with our stay. Be sure to ask Jorge to recommend some restaurants to you! He’s a kind and generous host.

EXCELLENT ACCUEIL

Appartement fidèle à la description et très confortable. Une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et sur l'océan. Résidence très calme et très bien entretenue. Très bon accueil et grande gentillesse des propriétaires. Encarna parle un très bon français ce qui est un avantage vu notre espagnol hésitant. A recommander aux familles avec 1 ou 2 enfants, la visite du "loro parque" à 2 pas les comblera.

Gute Wohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (selbst jede Menge Kissen und Zusatzdecken sowie ein Fernsehsessel sind vorhanden, ebenso deutsches Fernsehen und ein schneller Internetanschluss) mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Puerto de la Cruz und das Meer. Zum Loro Parque sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, genauso zum Strand. Zur Innenstadt oder zum Busbahnhof sollte man zu Fuß rd. 20 Minuten einplanen. Sehr praktisch. Das Bad hat leider kein Fenster (wohl aber eine leider nicht zu öffnende Dachluke) und nur eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang, was allerdings recht gut funktioniert, wenn man noch die körperlichen Fähigkeiten besitzt, unfallfrei in eine Wanne zu steigen. Nach dem Duschen muss man dann allerdings die ganze Wohnung erst mal kurz durchlüften, da die winzige Zwangsentlüftung dafür nicht ausreicht. Aber das stört nicht besonders. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung auch tagsüber sehr ruhig (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte man aber ein Auto haben (kann vor der Tür am Straßenrand geparkt werden), oder Taxikosten einkalkulieren, da man doch eine ziemlich steile Straße hinauf muss, um zur Wohnanlage zu gelangen (aber das ist auf Teneriffa halt sehr häufig der Fall). Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt. Kein herumliegender Müll oder Dreck, und technisch alles i.O.. Während unseres 3wöchigen Aufenthaltes wurde zumindest 2mal die Woche alles gefegt und gewischt, und einmal sogar die gesamte Außenbeleuchtung überprüft. Es wohnen als Eigentümer auch etliche Spanier dauerhaft in der Anlage.

Adquirí esta propiedad por sus magnificas vistas al mar
y por el emplazamiento que aunque retirado del centro de la ciudad, está cerca. Esto lo convierte en el sitio ideal para aquellos viajeros que deseen unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Siempre he considerado que era un privilegio poder disfrutar de las comidas en la terraza ante esas vistas al mar y a la ciudad donde la vista se pierde en el horizonte.
La piscina climatiza de arquitectura canaria y el gran solarium añaden un atractivo más al precioso residencial.
