28 km north from Kuusamo, distance to Ruka ski resort is 1,5 km along a hiking trail, 6,5 km distance by a car (1,5 km along a ski trail), pond Valkeisenlampi 100 m.

Wooden/stone semi-detached apartment, built in 1989. Spacious living room/kitchen with big window, in the dining area a breakfast cabinet (microwave, kettle and toaster). Heat-storing fire place with baking space, e.g. for stewing food.
Bedroom 1 with 2 beds and workdesk, bedroom 2 with 2 beds and workdesk, bed 3 room with 2 beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Good closet spaces in bedrooms and hallway.

The holiday home has been renovated and surfaces renewed almost entirely, most recently in 2022-23 (e.g. sauna and washroom, toilet, part of the floor-, ceiling- and wall surfaces, appliances and kitchen).
Toilet renovated in 2022. Electric sauna, washroom/shower (renovated in 2004).

WiFi, Playstation 3 and lots of games, 2 workstations for remote work (incl. screen and keyboard).
The high chair is a Stokke Tripp-Trapp chair, also a travel cot and potty for a child. In a lockable warehouse sledges, sliders and 3 Stiga children's snowboard boards.
