✔ Must request at least 2 days prior to arrival

Heating applies to entire stay (not partial days).

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
✔ A $60 non-refundable insurance policy to be purchased OR $1000 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
✔ The booking guest is required to electronically sign our rental agreement through the Happy Guest portal before check-in.
✔ No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
✔ Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow the host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
✔ We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour.
✔ One exterior camera at front door (for security)
✔ Loft has privacy curtains (no door)
✔ Windows are designed for views — limited window coverings
✔ Charcoal Grill - Bring your own charcoal
✔ Weekly pool/hot tub maintenance (Fridays 10AM–4PM)

❄️ WINTER TRAVEL

Mountain roads may be steep and curvy. 4WD or chains are encouraged in winter months. Travel insurance is recommended.
